Aayat-E-Ruhaan

CHAPTER 18

It's the engagement day, Aayat gets ready in her lehenga with her favourite oxidised accesories but she seems quite upset. While she was getting ready she gets a call of Atiksh but she didn't receive it.

On the other hand, Nidhi was getting worried about Ruhaan's health as he was badly injured with fracture on his left arm, cut on his face. She tries to call Aayat but her phone was not reachable.

The family of Rishabh arrives at the hall and Rishabh makes a entry and start flirting with Aayat. Rishabh's mother gives bangles to Aayat.

Ruhaan was lying on the bed when Nidhi ask Neil about Aayat but he nodded as no. Ruhaan gets furious on hearing Aayat's name and drop the glass of water. Neil saw this and thinks something suspicious, he tries to call Aayat. An unknown person recieves the call and tells him that Aayat is busy as today is her engagement.

Neil gets shocked on hearing this and leaves a message for Aayat.

Aayat's POV

Today is the worst day of my life because the thing I am afraid of is happening. But now I can't do, mr.bb had also left me on the road.

I was very angry last night because of his behaviour and in my anger I said yes for the engagement and all this is happening because of Mr.bb.

Rishabh and I was standing on the stage and we both exchange the rings. After the ceremony, one person tells me about Neil's call and his message. My eyes went teary on hearing the news of accident of Ruhaan.

I left from there and wents to his house. Rishabh calls me and vents out his anger on me for not telling him before leaving but I was so angry and in a hurry that I replied him: "apna muh band rakho, just because humari engagement tumse huyi hai that doesn't mean ki hume permission Leni padegi kahin bhi jaane ki. Humare dost ko humari zaroorat hai aur hum wahin Jaa rhe hain."!

I reach there and meet Ruhaan. My eyes went teary on seeing him in such a bad condition. Neil was looking upset and Nidhi aunt ask me: "Dear, tum kisi function par gyi thi"!

Ruhaan tells him : "no mumma , Aaj Ms. Aayat khan ki engagement thi"! I feel very bad on hearing this because he had said this in a taunting tone. I saw at Aunt Nidhi she was shocked because I didn't tell any of them.

Nidhi Aunt leaves to the kitchen for making the soup for Ruhaan. I ask him about the accident but he replies me rudely by saying, "ye batana mai important nhi samajhta, Zinda hoon tumhare saamne mtlb chota sa hi tha accident"!

Aayat feels hurt by Ruhaan's harsh words, meanwhile Neil was upto something. Ruhaan ask Aayat to leave as it's her engagement. She leaves from there when Neil tells Ruhaan that there is something which Aayat is hiding.

Aayat was completely broken after her conversation with Ruhaan.

Aayat to Allah (on road)
kyun Haan kyun, humesha humare saath hi aisa kyun hota. Pehle wo sab hua jab hum sirf 6 saal ke the humne wo sab dekha jo kabhi dekhna nhi chahiye. Uske baad Roz krishi ke taunts chalo wo toh sehan kar liya uske baad the worst shaadi, hum aapse humesha sirf ek dua maangte the ki chahe kuch bhi ho jaaye bas kabhi humari zindagi mein shaadi ke related kuch mat lana par aapne toh seedha humari shaadi hi Kara di.
And hume Ruhaan ki baaton se itna fark kyun pad rha hai, jinse hume sabse zyada nafrat hai unke kuch kehne se hum kyun ro rhe hain.
Hum keh dete hain agar humari shaadi ho gyi toh hum kabhi aapse baat nhi karenge.

After venting out all her anger she wents in the bar and start drinking and start cursing her destiny in her mind.

Ruhaan's POV

Neil tells me that he traced Aayat's location and she is in the bar. We both went their and saw Aayat sitting in the corner, hugging her legs and crying in her drunk mode.

I saw the owner of the bar was staring at Aayat and giving her lusty looks. I was fuming in anger and want to kill that bastard. Uski himmat kaise huyi meri wali ko itni gandi Nazar se dekhne ki.

I move towards him and holds him by his collar and punched him on his face and made him get hitted by the door. I pick Aayat from my one arm and made her sit in the car and ask Neil to take her in the guest house.
