It's our last day in Goa. I heard a knock on the door and opened it to find Josh standing there with some tension lines on his face.
"I know why you're here!" I said as we both sat on the bed.
"So, listen, today is our last day, and since we're in Goa, I'm thinking that you should propose to her on the beach. I would prefer you to propose during the daytime, not at night, because by then we will be leaving for Mumbai," I said, and he agreed with me wholeheartedly.
"I hope she says yes! Damn," he said.
"Why are you feeling tense? You both already love each other, so she will say yes. Be positive!" I said, trying to cheer him. I saw his fingers crossed.
"I've planned everything; you just be there with the ring," I said.
"Thank you so much, dear!" he said.
"You're welcome, Joshy," I said.
The door handle twisted, and someone opened the door.
"Hey, what are you doing here?!" said Zara, coming inside the room and asking Josh frankly.
"Umm, why I was here that you ask to Roshni," he pointed towards me, and I was speechless at that moment.
"Umm, he was here because, umm..." I didn't find any good excuse to say. In the end,
"We have to tell her, Josh," I said, and he nodded in agreement.
"Okay, Zara, first promise me that you will not tell anyone," I asked. He nodded, and just by his nod, I could understand that he would not tell anyone.
I was about to say but Josh said in quick motion,
"Imgoingtoproposedaisy" he said in one go and Zara didn't understood that.
"What?!" She got confused.
"He is going to propose Daisy," I said to her clearly.
