Ben's POV:
"Come back to us, Bella," I whispered.
Those were the last words that I said before Bella woke up. As soon as she woke up we could tell she was going to pass out soon, again. Metias quickly convinced her to stand up and walk out of the circle. Once she was out, Metias grabbed her. She collapsed in his arms, and now it's been two weeks since. She hasn't woken up at all. We've all stayed in the penthouse together, trying to figure out what to do. Ultimately the best decision would be to have Bri and Lexi have kids and reproduce more witches however, they are both still young.
We're at a loss. A big one at that.
-Well guys we need to do something or else everyone's going to die! Lexi
-Then everybody dies. Quinn
Lexi throws her hands up angry.
-You all are no help! Lexi
-I'm not helping any humans until my sister is awake, Lexi. Metias
-Ben, tell them we need to do something! Lexi
I look at her, my eyes wide.
-Uh. I think we should wait until Arabella is awake. She's the smartest of us all so I'm sure she'll know what to do. Ben
Everyone starts to argue with each other but then we hear small footsteps. I whip around from the heated argument to see Bella standing there. She has long, light brown, almost blonde hair, and grey/blue eyes, and she's in black sweatpants with Metias's hoodie.
-What happened? Bella
Metias walks over to her and she wraps her arms around his neck while he hugs her to him. He sits on the couch with the rest of us and she stays on his lap. We explain everything that's happening to her and ask what we should do about it.
-Use the power of the malfettos to make Bri and Lexi stronger witches. Bella
-How do we do that? Bri
Bella disappears for a few minutes. We all look at each other confused. When she comes back she's holding a book.
-Here. Read it. Bella
Lexi picks it up and starts scanning it. Metias takes Bella to the kitchen to feed her.
Metias POV:
I was so glad when I saw Bella was awake. Now Lexi is reading the book Bella brought and hopefully, it's the key to fixing our problem.
-Guys come here! Lexi
I pick up Bella and place her on my hip before rushing to the living room. My old ass jumps over the couch and lands with Bella on my lap.
-What's up? Metias
Everybody looks at me weirdly while I grin. Bella just laughs at me.
-I think I know what we can do. Lexi
-Spill. Ben
-So it says here that if we drain the malfetto's powers then we can use them to build stronger witches which will keep the world okay for a few years. Lexi
-And how do you drain our powers? Quinn
-Some sort of ritual. Lexi
-What happens after we lose our powers? Bella
-Well Bri, Oliver, and Quinn will still be able to shift and have the powers of werewolves but their eyes won't turn purple anymore. Ben, Metias, Melanie, and Bella, you four will lose all your powers. However, you will gain powers that witches have so we'll have 8 witches instead of two. Lexi
We all nod our heads. Bella looks hesitant but does so too. Lexi orders us to get in a line like last time. She starts to say these strange words while surrounding us with roses with thorns. She lights a stick of sage and moves it around us.
-I warn you all, this will hurt. If you think you're going to pass out tell me. Especially you little missy. Lexi
She points at Bella, whose cheeks turn a tinted pink. She quickly looks down. Eventually, Lexi finishes talking and stands in front of us. She closes the book with a snap and then all I feel is pain. Excruciating, bone-cracking pain. Feels like I'm on fire. This hurts a lot but it's not deathly painful yet. I feel bad for Quinn, Bri, and Bella though. They are all so young.
After 10 minutes of excruciating pain, everybody lies on the ground panting except for Lexi.
I sit up and look around to see the children on the ground still exhausted. Ben and I however are now standing. I grab one of Bella's and Bri's hands and lift them both. Oliver helps Melanie up. Ben stands over Quinn looking at him.
-You gonna stand there or help me? Quinn
-Nah. You kissed my daughter, I rather not help. Ben
-That was months ago! Quinn
Ben smirks before helping Quinn up.
-Asshole. Quinn
I smack Quinn on the back of the head.
-There are still children around. Metias
-Oh please that precious child has said worse. Quinn
I turn to look at my baby sister. She glares at Quinn before turning to look at me and Ben who are giving her stern looks. She gulps and then runs to her room. Ben and I laugh.
-So is this it? Lexi
-What do you mean? Metias
-Well we can help supply the world now. The creatures are gone. The world will soon be restored. Where do we go from here? Lexi
I look at the ground and think.
-We move on. Metias
-How? Bri
-Go back to normal. You, kids, go back to school. Then turn into adults and live your life. We can go on and act like this never happened. Metias
-But what about you and Ben? Your Bella's brother and dad, are you two just going to leave? Melanie
I look at Ben. He gives me a look before talking.
-We're gonna be permanent parts of Bella's life. I just have to go back to LA to figure things out before moving here. Ben
Bella comes out holding her stuffed animal and Ben lifts her onto his hip.
-Why do you all keep lifting me? Bella whines.
-Because you're little and easy to pick up. Ben
-Not fair. Bella pouts.
-Suck it up, buttercup. Metias.
She glares at me before sticking her tongue out. I do it back to her causing everyone to laugh. I walk over to her and give her a kiss on her forehead, Ben kisses her cheek causing her to smile.
-You know, we're all kind of like a family. Lexi
Everyone nods their head in agreement.
-Let's go home, guys.

The next chapter will be an Epilogue explaining what happens 5 years later.
