I just arrived to Cape May a small little town in New Jersey I wanted to drive here but aunt Teresa said it wasn't happening. It was a 36 hour drive so I understand I guess, oh yeah before I forget I'm Lyla James, my parents died 3 weeks ago my dad killed my mom and the police killed him. So now I have to move in with my aunt and her twin bitches I mean daughters sorry, they aren't really my biggest fans my parents loved them more than me. Actually they loved everybody more than me sad I know right? my feelings aren't hurt about it, honestly I use to wonder why they hated me but then I got over it.

Hi Aunt Teresa, "omg hi baby how was the flight ?" It was good, boring but good. My aunt Teresa is the sweetest person ever I'll only see her for two days because she's going on a business trip for a few months.

Aunt Teresa: well seems as we only have two days together and the twins are out of town till next Friday how about we go shopping ? I also grabbed all of your stuff for school so it's sitting in your bedroom.

Lyla: that sounds good I need new clothes anyways and thank you.

Time skip.

Lyla: thank you for the shopping trip and day but I think I'm going to head to bed love you auntie "I love you to sweetie I'm leaving early in the morning for my trip because they need me earlier than expected so Ill see you soon." With that I left to my room, my room is big with its own bathroom I'm really happy about that as I'll be spending most of time in here. I dug in my bag and grabbed out my blunt so I can smoke and go to sleep, I haven't been able to fall asleep on my own or stay sleep for more than a few hours, That's a story for another time.

Lyla: I jolted out of my sleep sweating and gasping for air "FUCK" i whisper to myself another nightmare when will it stop I ask. I look at my phone 6:50 am I groaned and got out of bed to get ready for school, I hop in the shower and just sit under the running burning water to calm my nerves. Cold water never helped only hot water I don't know why but it does, I hop out and throw on some spandex, a tank top, and a jacket, I slip on my ugg platform slippers, I grab my phone, bag, keys and head to school.

Ryder: I jolted out of my sleep to a tiny voice screaming "fuck" it wasn't loud but  I heard it, I look around and finally look out of my bedroom window it's that tiny blonde girl I seen last night. I didn't see her face the first time only the back of her god was she built beautifully, okay that sounded creepy but I promise it's not she must be new cause I've never seen her before, I kept watching and then she turned her light on that's when I seen her face, she was breathtaking she's someone you only read about in books she has a scar on the left side of her face making her stand out even more. "Mine" shit shit she heard that wait did I just say mine ? Holy shit I need to get laid.

Lyla: as I pull into a parking spot I get out and just look at this new school it's beautiful and old but still beautiful. In big letters it read "cape school" I chuckled to myself because cape school really ? As I walk the halls a pink haired bubbly girl runs into me and she's shrieks I mean literally shrieks " OMG IM SO DAMN SORRY WAIT OH GOD WHY DID I SAY DAMN SORRY? UGH GET IT TOGETHER PENELOPE". By this time everyone is staring at her and giving her dirty looks and it's fucking annoying, " stop fucking staring at her and move along before I break your fingers now MOVE" Penelope looks at me like I'm her savior or even god its weird.

Penelope: oh god I'm sorry for my outburst im not usually like that but it's just when I looked at you, you looked scary but like not bad scary just like "I'll slit your throat scary" and now I'm rambling sorry I'm Penelope white and you are ?

Lyla: it's fine Penelope, im Lyla James I'm new here could you help me find my class ?

Penelope: oh yea let me see, oh good you have all your classes with me let's go so where did you move from and why ?

Lyla: I'm from bisbee arizona and I moved here to live with my aunt cause my parents got killed.
