It was the middle of the week and Issei was training with Kisara early in the morning at the gym.

Kisara: That's right, keep it up! - as she watched him kick at the training bag.

Thanks to the dancing lessons from Raichi, his hips felt a little more fluid, however, since he decided to take the suspension. He did the dancing on his own in his room or the back room at work. He had explained the situation to Setsuka on Monday and since Mitsurugi wasn't there, she didn't mind the company. It allowed him to work during the school hours after training in the morning.

Then he would come back, check for an email from his teacher about the homework for the next day. He would teach himself, do the homework and then scan it back to the teacher, so he didn't have to worry about it the next day. The only downside was that he didn't have Yu-Mi to check his work and he didn't have her number either. So far, he was getting at least 85% correct on his work, so he wasn't doing too bad.

Kisara: Get your leg higher!

Issei: Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! - reloading his kicks like Kisara said he should do, another thing he noticed is how the constant kicks were working his obliques.

Kisara: Hit it with the roundhouse kick! - as Issei followed her instructions - Again!

This time, Issei used his opposite foot, spinning back and hitting the bag.

Kisara: He's going on the offense! - simulating a fight scenario for Issei with the body bag - he's aiming for your right side.

Issei sidestepped to his left and backwards to keep distance from his imaginary opponent.

Kisara: He's advancing! He's aiming for your head!

Issei ducked down and did a leg sweep on the opponent that was real in his head. With said opponent, Issei went for an axe kick as he was strictly sticking with kicks. Otherwise, he would have straddled the opponent and wailed down blows to the imaginary opponent.

Kisara: He's getting back up! Disorient him!

Issei rushed towards the bag, giving it two swift kicks at the waist level, as if the opponent's head was there, while they were getting up.

Kisara: Alright! Put him down with the Pandal Chagi!

Issei: Ha! - mustering all of his force for a rib shot to his imaginary opponent.

*Smack*

The sound wasn't as reverbating as Kisara's kick, but it could still do some damage.

Kisara: Alright, haha, way to go, kid!

Issei: Do you have to keep calling me kid?

Kisara: Well, what do you want me to call you?

Issei: How about Ise, my friends call me that.

Kisara: Ah, like Ikki does.

Issei: I have other friends like Raichi and...

Kisara: Grrr - growling at the mention of Raichi.

Issei: Oh, sorry, Kisara-senpai.

Kisara: Don't worry about it, it's between her and me.

Issei: You're not going to hurt her, are you?

Kisara: No, why would you... - she then stopped and remembered Shigure's words about Issei defending his friends.

Looking over at him, she could see that he was analyzing her as if preparing to make a move if he had to. She let out a sigh, smirked, walked over to him and ruffled his hair.
