Some days later..

Rishabh is seen admiring mother and daughter duo while naira notices his gaze and looks at him..

Naira: Rishi bhai..why are you standing there? Come and play with kaira..

(Yes guys.. Rishabh is none other than her Rishi bhai)

Rishabh smiles and goes near them and takes kaira in his arms and plays with her..

Rishabh: my pyaari bachi..how cute you look! You eyes are so bulgy like your mom and you are so fair like your dad kartik and you are naughty like me..I mean your mamu!!

He sways kaira in air making kaira laugh while naira adores them..

Naira pov: thu thu thu..my kaira baby and my rishabh bhai are so cute together. Let no evil cast on them

Then kairav sleeps in rishabh's arms and he immediately places her on sleeping cot and comes and sits near naira..

Rishabh: naira..now iam fed up of you. I really going to inform kartik the truth!!

Naira: bhai..please..

Rishabh: it's enough naira. I know how much you are suffering without kartik..your suffering for kartik more than your disease. And also iam sure kartik would be suffering without you..so it's better I'll make the right decision now which will make you both heal.
