Chapter 6- cooking~ (day 4)

________'s POV

I get to spend time with Ciel! And He actually wants to learn to cook! Definitely UNEXPECTED from him!

I'm actually excited to be able to get to teach Ciel!

*timeskip*

I enter the kitchen 2 minutes early and get the ingredients out. Flour, powdered sugar, all that good stuff.

I get an apron on over my dress and wait for Ciel. He enters the kitchen quietly.

"Since I know you like sweets, I'm going to teach you to make cake!"

"Alright."

"Do you need an apron?"

"Oh no thank you." He waves his hand in the air.

"Aaalrighty!" I show him all the ingredients, we start making the mix, I show him how to crack an egg.

So, Ciel tries to do the same and... it doesn't go so well. It gets all over his hands. He looks shocked, I giggle at his expression and crack the rest of the eggs we need. I then put all the ingredients into the bowl and show Ciel how to whisk it.

Let's just say that doesn't work for him either.

He whisks so sloppily that the bowl tips over and spills on his coat.

"Here master, let me show you"

"Ciel, call me Ciel when we are alone."

"Alright then Ciel!" I place my hands over his and show him how to whisk properly. He mumbles something and blushes, but I can't tell what he said. We finish whisking the cake, or the half mix that is left. I joking my grab some powdered sugar and 'poof' him with it. It sticks to his clothing.

"_-________!!!" He looks at me shocked as he stutters out my name. "If that's how it is..." he grabs a little bit of powdered sugar and does the same to me.

I giggle, knowing the war I just started. We start throwing powdered sugar at each other continuously. Ciel, whom is wearing blood red, looks now like a powdered red velvet doughnut. His hair is almost white from all the sugar.

How childish, but cute. We go through the whole bag of powdered sugar, only because Ciel gets the last of it and dumps it on my head.

He actually looks like he might be having fun. For Ciel it's very unusual. He lets out a chuckle as he crosses his arms, signalling his win.

I bust up laughing now that I see that we both look ridiculous. He almost laughs, but instead he continues to chuckle.

...Wait, could he be?

He's laughing! Ciel Phantomhive is laughing! And... it's cute. We never even finish the cake. I hug him in a gentle hug, after a couple moments he hugs me back. He mutters a small

"Thank you." I giggle and respond with a simple 'anytime'

'I can't believe Ciel had a good time.'

"Well ________, now you put me in the mood for something sweet."

"Hm? Sorry Ciel!"

"Its fine, I'll get what I want soon enough."

Ciel leans in and I feel something warm and soft on my cheek. I blush massively when I notice it's his tongue. He kisses my cheek and licks it again.

I freeze with my arms around him, my heart beat excels, and my cheek feels like it's on fire.

'Damn it Ciel, your Lizzy's fiancee and your making me feel this way.'

Ciel takes a step back and my arms fall to my sides lifelessly. My eyes, wide with shock.

"I wanted you to teach me to cook so I could spend time with you, and I must say, this was the best time I've ever spent with someone in a very very long time."

"Ciel, that's very sweet of you to say." I sound nervous and shaky.

That's exactly what I need right now. T_T

"________, thank you."

"It was no problem..."

"I'll get Sebastian to make us cake. Anyways, it's getting late, we should take a bath and then head to bed."

There was a slight moment of silence. I think Ciel realized how his sentence could easily be manipulated into other meanings.

"I didn't mean it like that, unless you'd like to..." he gets a little more quiet as he adverts his eyes. "I mean, on-"

I cut him off.

"I know what you really mean Ciel... I'll wash up and head to bed, I'm sure you need to do the same."

"Goodnight ________."

"Goodnight Ciel." We both get out of the kitchen and walk to our rooms to bathe, leaving a trail of sugar behind us both.

Sorry this chapter is weird but I thought it would be fun to write! (Which it was XD)
