The new kitten

---here's a longer chapter for the few people reading this---

🐱Amanda's POV🐱
I wake up to Blake and the "animalite" thing talking.
"Oh... What's your name?"
"Axel" hmm.. So that's it's name...
"Well that's a cool name." She was probably thinking something else. "We have school today so..." Oh crap. It's Monday, I forgot.
"Oh ok. You don't have to worry about school. I already know about school." Really, did he have some sort of alien school on the alien planet he lived on before?
"Oh good. So you know that it's a living hell?"
"Yes... Yes I do..."
"Good morning." I said sleepily as I got up.
"Oh, hey good morning." Replies Blake.
"Mornin." Replies 'Axel.'
"Does it look like I was talking to you. No, didn't think so." I said while I pushed him away. It seems that I caught him off guard and I knocked him over. I chuckled because of this.
Blake helped him up and said to him "sorry Amanda can be grumpy when she wakes up. She isn't a morning person."
"It's fine" he replies.
"Well I'm going to use the bathroom first. I got to take a shower." I said as I grabbed some clothes from my closet and headed to the bathroom."

I got out of the shower and got dressed in the bathroom. I was heading back to me and Blake's room when I saw something out the window. It was a kitten stuck in a tree! When I saw it I ran down the hallway and out the front door to help it. When I got out side I rushed to the tree the cat was in.
"Hey kitten," I said in a calm voice and started climbing the tree. "It's ok baby, I'm going to help you." I finally got to the kitten and I tried to grab it but it backed away. "It's ok, I'm not going to hurt you."

🔹🔹🔹Blake's POV when Amanda starts climbing the tree🔹🔹🔹
I saw Amanda out the window. I wonder what she's doing outside. "I'm gonna go check on Amanda."
"Ok," said Axel.
"Stay here." I say to Axel as I walk out of the room. I walk to the bathroom and I don't here the water on. I walk in and look out the window and I see Amanda climbing a tree. Why is that crazy chick climbing a tree? I run outside and stand below her and cross my arms. I'll just watch her for a while. I thought to myself.

🐱Amanda's POV🐱
I tried to get closer to the kitten and this time it didn't move away. "Good, now just don't freak out. Ok?" I whispered to the kitten. I lifted myself onto the branch that held the kitten, and sat down. I reached out to the kitten and started to pet it. "Ok don't freak out, please." I whispered to the kitten. I picked it up and sat it in my lap. I started smiling because the kitten started purring when I was petting it.
"Ok time to get you down." I held the kitten in one arm and used the other to climb down." Once I was at the bottom of the tree I turned around and saw Blake.
"Oh, hey" I said quietly.
"Hi... I see you found something." She said chuckling and gestured to the cat.
"Yeah... Can we keep her?" I said this because this is her house. And I live with her because our parents work together, and are always on business. But we are not sisters, just best friends. It's been like this for along as I can remember.
"Sure." she replied
"Yay!" I said enthusiastically, and ran inside. I was just outside the bedroom door with Blake but I thought of something.
"Blake?"
"Yea" she said.
"Axel is a wolf... So will he attack my kitten?"
"The only way to find out is to bring the cat near him" she said chuckling.
"No!!! He will never touch snufalufagus!!!"
"Take a chill pill. And what the hell is that name?"
"It's the name I picked for her...duh..." I open the door and walk in to the room and see Axel. "Get away from me you will never hurt my snufalufagus!"
"Wait, what?" he says confused.
"Well... We have a new kitten..." Blake says chuckling.
