Part 2 by ageekthatfangirls
The gold ticket was partially ripped, sitting on the birch wood dresser. Sarah didn't notice it until 1:30. She picked it up, being cautious not to tear it anymore. When she arrived the park was abandoned at even thought it was only 2:00. Sinead was sitting on a wet log.
"Hey!" Sinead said, her eyes glued to the ticket. Sarah continued walking in the glue-like mud. It wasn't until the girls sat together that something interesting happened. When the gold ticket was fully visible by Sinead she wouldn't take her eyes off the golden glory. Sarah looked at her quizzically but soon found her self looking at the ticket, not being able to take her eyes off it. Sinead started screaming, for her eyes couldn't move, as she kicked around. The floor beneath started to crack and fade, changing to pure darkness. Without time to scream of utter a word the darkness was all they could see. As they fall the world becomes less and less visible to their eyes.A small glow came some fall time later. Sarah took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Little did they know that the glow they were about to fall into wasn't what they thought it would be. As the glow came closer and closer to their strained eyes they could make out that the light was a shade of red, then the glow of red turned out to be red bubbles, those bubbles were made of magma. When the girls were just about to meet their sudden doom black clouds appeared. Not a moment too soon a rather large hand grasped the girls and flung them onto a rock. The clouds above started to make way for a shadow behind them. Standing before them was a massive black figure. He had scrappy dragon wings sprouting off his back, eyes filled with the darkest shade of red in existence, his complexion was nothing to write home about, just black all over, his hands had claws uneven in length coming out and, to top it all off, a gigantic tail trailing behind him.
"Let us go!" screamed Sarah.
"I've got a deal, you spend a week with me, I grant you freedom, if you can't survive a week then I'll punish you!" the figure bellowed in a raspy voice.
"What even are you?" queried Sinead.
"A demon, now welcome to my home!"The girls were just able to survive two nights but would always talk at 2:00 am. The third day became unbearable. For starters the demon kept throwing magma everywhere that morning. Then there's the fact that the basketball game he set up for Sarah had spell which made the ball miss every shot. Whenever Sinead was bored he'd just hypnotise her to sleep for a whole hour.
"What even is your name!" yawned a suddenly tired Sinead.
"Spellbound. Now let me show you something!" he exclaimed, snapping his fingers in Sinead's face.
"I love sleep...." Sinead yawned and fell to the ground. Spellbound was in fits of laughter for a good 5 minutes. That night the girls decided it was time to leave, the opening wasn't that far although their fall was long, Spellbound enjoyed the feeling of seeing the girls freak out. Sarah piled the stones so they were safe to climb on. When all seemed well Spellbound came out from the depths of magma and caught them in the act.
"Say goodbye, for now it's punishment time!" he announced, making two cages that dangle from the ceiling appear that Sinead and Sarah were put into. A black auto came around them, forcing their mouth's to open and let the auto inside. When the auto went inside their mouth's the girls' eyes went pure white. Spellbound was doing an evil laugh like a villain in a cheap book office topper."Now, you will be staying 3 months with these powers, understood?" Spellbound said.
"What powers!" screamed Sinead.
"Oh, you'll see. Also your name have been changed to Elvira (for Sinead) and Layla (Sarah)"
The girls were freed form their cages and got handed a large book each. Spellbound opened the book to page 47: Flying. He created desks and teleported the girls into the seats behind them. After a whole hour of teaching, by Spellbound, the girls could successfully fly.
"These dark demon powers are pretty cool!" Layla exclaimed.
"Mhm, I'll be studying a lot." Elvira replied. Layla rolled her eyes and flew off, leaving a midst of black cloud behind her.
"Maybe it's not so bad after all..." Elvira uttered.
