Having Jason Todd back was like a breath of fresh air, it was good to have him back on the team but lately, the Titans noticed Jason's sudden change in demeanor. Jason had been distancing himself from the others. His usual personality and attitude were now replaced with the complete opposite of who he used to be. The others were starting to get worried. Tim Drake, the Red Robin was the first to voice out his suggestion. "Maybe we can take him to the bar, I mean, we all know that Jason loves to drink, it might get him back on track. It's with a shot, right? So that night the Titans brought Jason to the local bar but their hope of lifting Jason's spirit was still on thin ice. Jason didn't touch his drink, not even once, not even a sip. It was clear as daylight that something was definitely off about Jason. The Titans soon decided to call it a night as they could tell that Jason wasn't enjoying himself like they expected however when they made their way to the exit, Jason accidentally bumped into a huge man. Jason mumbled an apology but the man wasn't having it. The man shoved Jason to the ground, drawing the attention of everyone in the bar. Dick, the calm and collected leader felt a search for protectiveness and rage, without a word, he delivered a powerful blow to the men's jaw receiving a harsh silence. The Titans headed back to the tower. Jason disappeared into his room. The Titans gathered outside Jason's door, brainstorming other ideas to get through to Jason. Kory, the alien princess of Tamaran proposed they call Jinx, an ex-villain to assist them once more. She might be able to shed some light on what's going on in Jason's mind. Minutes later, Jinx came to the tower. Dick explained the situation to her. Jinx agreed to help. Dick slowly cracked Jason's door open. Jason sat at the end of the room with a blanket wrapped around him. Jinx entered the room cautiously so as to not startle Jason. Jinx sat in front of Jason, she offered a tiny smile. "Hello Jason, do you remember me?" she spoke in a general voice. Jason's head popped up as he glanced at Jinx. He nodded his head. Jinx examined Jason, after studying him for what felt like hours, she motioned for the Titans to have a private conversation. In the hallway, Jinx shared what she found out was wrong with Jason. "The good news is that there is absolutely nothing wrong with him, it's just that he doesn't feel needed in the team. He feels like he would let you guys down again, I propose giving him some time and showing him that he is an essential part of the team." The Titans absorbed Jinx's assessment of Jason's inner turmoil, and a sense of determination settled over the team. They knew they had to find a way to reach out to Jason and show him just how valued he truly was. The Titans set out to devise a plan to remind Jason of his importance within the team. Dick, the natural leader recommended that each member contributed their own ideas, drawing from their unique strengths and experiences to come up with a strategy that would resonate with Jason. As the days passed and their plan unfolded, small moments of connection and understanding began to emerge between Jason and his teammates. Slowly but surely, Jason started to let down his guard, allowing himself to be vulnerable and accepting the love and support that surrounded him. As the Titans stood together, united in their mission to uplift and empower one of their own, a sense of hope and renewal filled the air, reminding them that no matter the challenges they faced, as long as they stood by each other, they could overcome anything that came their way. Jason learned that no matter what, his friends would always be there by his side, they were a team, a family.
