Wow. Quoting myself to start this might be weird, but who cares? That's how I feel and that's why I have decided to share my story with you. My story. The story of us. The story of 1989.
You have given me the best life I could ever have imagined, and I want to thank you for that. Over the years we have beautifully bonded and you have supported me through anything which I am immensly thankful for. You have told me your stories in detail, so that's what I am about to do now too.
Lyrics. That's usually almost everthing you get to know about my personal life, though they are really personal, so, you know nearly as much about my life as I do, haha, but now I want to give you all the details about 1989, because the last two years have been incredible.
On the following pages you will find a story, an explanation or a memory for each song. The exact part of the lyrics I came up with because of that certain story will be written like this. And then, at the end of each page you will have the hidden message of the song, that is to be found in the original 1989 booklet, which you will hopefully have fully understood by the time of reading it because of the story of the song. I hope this was not too confusing.
