I get a text from Hayes just as I was about to go to bed.

"Good night Angel"i sigh as I turn off my phone and put it on the charger
"Night Lauren" Angel said turning of her phone and rolling to face the wall

- Angels POV-
I got a text from Taylor when we get back from the park

-the next morning-
-Lauren's POV-
I wake up to my phone going off... Someone texted me. At 6:00am. This early. They are an idiot.
😊❤️Hayes😊❤️-good morning sunshine! Want to hang out later? Taylor will be here so bring Angel.

Angel wakes up
"Morning" I say
"Morning" she mumbles
"Get up we going for a morning run." I say getting up and getting my work out cloths on
"Whhhyyyyy!" Angel whines
"Fine stay here if you want to be fat"i say
"Fine I'm coming give me 10 min" she says getting up and getting her work out cloths

Lauren's wearing a Black nikes sports bra, Work out shorts, and some nike running sneakers, her hair is in a ponytail and she has a blue head band on.

"Ready?" I say grabbing two water bottles and filling them up.
"Ready" She says taking one and heading out the door

-Hayes POV-

I texted Lauren and she is coming over to hang out today!
I am going to go for a walk and maybe go to the park.
"Taylor get your but up now" I say pushing him off the couch
"Fine, what do you want" he says
"Walk, then park." I say getting some shorts and at shirt on
"Fine" he says doing the same

-Lauren's POV-
We get out side and start jogging towards the park to do a lap around it
I put my Beats headphones on and listing to worth it by 5th Harmony
"Baby I'm worth it, uh huh I'm worth it, give it to me I'm worth it" I mumble
After we jog back and take a break
"Time for the hard part" I say smiling at Angel
"Ugh" she says
We do 50 push ups, 60 curl ups, 65 lunges, and 100 squats each.
Sence I got her up she gets shower first. When I wait I do pull ups from the tree in front of my house. I did 90ish. Then I wrap my legs around a branch and pull myself up with my ab muscles working them out.

Angel come out the front door and says "the showers all yours"
After the shower I decide to do a video for YouTube
"Hey guys and girls it is me Lauren Elizabeth doing a work out routine video for yah! Let's get started!"
I showed them some things to do and then edited it and posted it
By then it was breakfast time
