the deal

Evan sat in the void not far from Cassidy. She sat with her knees to her chest and head in her arms. The only sound being her sniffling cries.

It was not just her but the rest were like this as well why? Cause they finally did it they finally killed their killer William Afton. Poetically killed by his own suit. So why didn't they move on? Why were they still tethered to the mortal plain? Because he came back possessing the suit that held his corpse.

While he was dead he could still kill more their mission ended in failure and now with the suits they inhabited in pieces and decorating the new attraction built around the atrocities at Freddy's. They could do nothing but watch as their murderer walked again.

The only animatronic still intact was golden Freddy that both Cassidy and Evan possessed but they never made it move at least Cassidy couldn't Evan never tried so she resorted to hallucinations but that mattered little now.

Listening to his best friends cries made him sick she didn't deserve this none of them did they wanted justice, they wanted peace but were denied both.

Yes they killed innocent people which is why Evan didn't participate but they were blinded by anger and pain. They couldn't remember Williams face or know his name all they remembered was he wore purple and that's all they had to go with.

But still they much like him wanted this nightmare to end. But his father wouldn't let them.

He looked to Cassidy. He tried comforting her and the others even Charlie but they eaither ignored him or told him to go away. Cassidy even threatening to throw him out of the suit. There's got to be something he could do he can't just sit and do nothing he's done that long enough. At that thought perhaps there is some one who can help. So he closed his eyes and relaxed.

He opened his eyes and found himself in a Forrest the trees, the sky even the grass was red. He turned his attention to the red lake where upon which sat a red alligator fishing. This was old man consequences. He took a deep breath or what counts as a breath and approached him "are you here to cross over?"

Evan tensed at his voice but he had to keep push down his fear and continued until he was before the lizard "I- I need your help dad is possessing the spring bonnie suit and the others are.. they're too... broken... They've lost hope" the old lizard nodded "I am aware"

"Could you possibly help them move on?" He shook his head "unfortunately I cannot unless they let go if their anger or achieve their goal they are stuck" the tears on his face grew thicker at this news. His fists clenched tight and dropped his shut eyes to the ground there has to be a way he thought.

"Tell me Evan why do you remain?" Evan looked back up at the alligator a questioning look upon his snout "huh?" The old man looked back to his task "Everyone has stayed tethered to the mortal realm seeking revenge against William Afton, their anger unyielding, their rage unquenched. And yet you don't seem to hold that same fire"

Evan has pondered that ever since he died and became part of golden freddy. Why was he here, why was he stuck to an animatronic that couldn't move? He barely held the same anger that Charlie had let alone Susie or Fritz and definitely never came close to Cassidy's rage. And his death was different than there's his was done by a loved one and it was an accident.

An accident.

Yes it was an accident.

An accident caused by his brother.

He felt the tiniest ember of anger but it quickly faded. Why? Surly he should feel hate and anger to his brother so why dose he not?

"Do you not seek vengeance too?" Asked the old man

He looked into the lake at his own reflection. The blood that stained his head and shirt ever present along with the tear stains. A constant reminder of that day. The day his life was cut short. A day that never should have happened.

So why, doesn't he want revenge even when he had his brother in his sights. To make him pay. To make him suffer for everything he did.

But he keeps being brought back to the same conclusion.

"It was an accident" his eyes never left the lake but the old man looked at him and listened all the same. "Mike didn't mean to kill me. He didn't know that would happen. Yea he was a jerk and would scare me but he would never try to hurt me" he looked up back to the old man "he kept coming back, back to Freddys despite everyone trying to kill him" he looked back down to the lake.

"And when I had him when I finally could get what would be my revenge. I hesitated. And he looked.... Calm.. like he... Accepted his end... It was then I realised he had changed it wasn't the same Mikey I knew when I was alive. He was filled with regret he wanted to make things right. I think he knows what dad did and he's trying to make things right. To them... And to me"

Suddenly a bright light appeared in the lake. "It's time to go" Evan looked at the old man who smiled kindly at him "there's nothing tying you to this world you can finally rest" Evan looked back to the water.

Peace. He could finally rest

No more pizzeria

No more animatronics

No more suffering

He could finally meet his mother!

He got on his knees and reached out his hand but stopped. The others. He can't just leave them they're still too distraught to move on. They are still stuck.

He retracted his hand "there has to be something" he turned to the old man "please there must be something, anything I can do to help them please!"

The old man looked at him sympathetically "i suppose if you made a deal it could be possible but it would come at a high price" "what price?" He asked "that's dependent on you, what are you willing to lose?, what are you willing to do?"

What would he give up.. no what could he give up. He's dead he's got nothing to lose, he's got nothing to offer. However

"Please... IL do anything" the old man and saw the fire of determination in the child.

After a moment of silence. "Very well... I offer this".

admittedly this was meant to be part of a bigger story starting with the bite and ending with security breach it would mainly focus on Evan showing his p.o.v of the history of fnaf and a bit of his friendship with Cassidy this particular story will most likely have 3 chapters and a possible bonus chapter just to get it off my chest and hopefully someone better can make this fully come to pass. till then please give honest feedback
