Abhyudaya and gautami were the best of friends. They always know whatever would be going on in the other one's mind. But, both of them were quite oblivious of the fact that the latter liked them. Yes, they had huge crushes on each other but were very scared to confess because of thinking about all the cons and negatives.

One day, Abhyudaya gathered up the courage to admit about his crush on his best friend infront of all his other homeys. (Urmila, mythpat, saiman).

Abhyudaya - haan guys, ye sach hai, I.. I kinda like.. Like.. Have a crush on her..gautami.....Like... Kaafi time se.. Like.. Shuruat se hi shayad.. Like..

The 3 of his friends burst out laughing at his stammering.

Abhyudaya - had hai yaar? Yahan meri fati padi hai, potential dosti toot sakti hai aur tum lo gadho jaise hase jaa rahe ho??

Urmila - abe yede, haalat dekh apni, tu hame vo baat bata raha hai jo hame pata nahi kabse pata hai.. Yahan tak ki teri YouTube audience ko bhi idea hai ki tum dono like karte ho ek doosre ko..

Abhyudaya - heinn?? What??? Kabse ye sab? (Pauses) aur ek second? Kya kaha abhi tune just?? "Tum dono"?? Matlab vo bhi mujhe like karti hai?? Whatttt??

Saiman - bhai itna buddhu kaise hai tu? Obviously yes.. Usne kitne hints diye re teko, aur tujhe abhi bhi nahi pata...

Abhyudaya - kaunse hints?? Kaise hints be?

Mythpat - (says a bunch of things that convinces his oblivious friend.) Aur yahan tak ki ek bar uske muh se bhi nikal gaya tha ki she has a crush on you..
Ab akal me aai baat??

Abhyudaya - oh teriii! Ye to gazab ho gaya be (while smiling and blushing a little)

Urmila - to jaake bata use ab?

Abhyudaya (thinks a little) - hmm.. Itni jaldi nahi, thode maze to main bhi le sakta hu na? (Smirkingly)

Mythpat - abu dhabi.. "आत्ता तु काय करणार आहेस??" (Ab Tu kya karne waala hai?)

Abhyudaya - "फक्त पाहू" (Bas dekhte jaa)

The three of them were bamboozled by abhyudaya's marathi as he departed from there, straight to gautami's house.

At gautami's house.

Abhyudaya (knocks door) - mai police department see aya hu, mujhe complain mili thi ki aapka dimaag kho gaya hai, usi ki pooch taach ke liye.

Gk (opens the door) - ha ha ha, so funny na? Abhi agar aai baba me se koi ek door kholta to?

Abhyudaya - yaar maine to mazak kiya tha, mujhe nahi pata tha ki tera dimaag sach me kahi gir - vir gaya hai, tune hi mujhe bataya tha ki aunty uncle kisi ki shaadi ne gaye hain...

Gk - uh..vuhhh.. Uhmmm..

Abhyudaya - ho gai batti gul..khair, slayypop ka shoot tha aaj, agar bhool gai ho to yaad dila du.. Ab andar to aane de??

Gk - hm... Floor is lava!! 5..4..3..

Abhyudaya pushes her aside and barges into the house and without thinking anything climbs up the table fearing the countdown to be over before he could climb it.
Gautami bursts out laughing as he realised his position and just stands there looking at her with hands on his waists and a frustrated expression.
However, seeing her laugh out so lively started to melt his heart a bit and that angry look turned into a smile filled with admiration and love in 19372920 languages.

Gk (still laughing) - hey bhagwaan!! Bache ka bacha hai re Tu, jo bevakoof dost mujhe 10th me mila tha, aaj bhi vohi dost he, dumbooo!!!

Abhyudaya smiles again but thinks of this moment as a golden opportunity to do something. He quickly gets off the table and with a serious look goes upto gautami who was still laughing reminiscing her bffs childishness.
He went upto her and grabbed her hands, and with a very serious yet calming tone in his voice , said
"Par ab ham sirf dost thodi na hai na gautami?"

As soon as she got into terms with what he said, the laughter faded away and that girl froze on her feet. She was absolutely stunned and couldn't even think of what her everlong crush had just said. Was this a dream come true? What should she reply? Should she confess too?
So many thoughts were coming to her mind before she was interrupted with a jerk on her shoulder.

Abhyudaya - kahan kho gai? Ham ab bas friends Thodi na hai... Ham to best friends hai!! Best buddies! Haina??
(Dekho tum log mujhe ab gaaliyaan mat dena 🥲)

Gautami (lost for words) - hein??

Abhyudaya - haan aur kya? Apne friendship edits nahi dekhe? Log apan ko bff goals kehte hain.. Best buddies!
(Smirks as he could sense the cluelessness and the developing anger of his "best buddy")

Gk - are you serious abhyudaya???

Abhyudaya - kyu? Tujhe koi aur answer chahiye tha kya (smirkingly)

Gk - Tu na.. Rehne de.. Chhod Tu.. Nahi nahi mat chhod.

Abhyudaya - kya? Tera haath?

Gk (instantly jerks his hand off) - ek mauka to chhod diya kar ye ultra cheesy lines marne ka? Aur maarna hi hai to koi girlfriend bana aur uspe maar.. Mere dimaag ka dahi karne se teri daal nahi galegi..

Abhyudaya - dahi, daal? Kya bol rahi hai? Bhookh lagi hai kya? Aur baat rahi girlfriend ki, vo to ban hi jaayegi.. Bohot jald..

Gk - excuse me?

Abhyudaya - kuch nahi, ab andar chal, video nahi banana?

Gk - hmm.. (Thinks) "ise friendship edits yaad hain par ship edits nahi dekhe? Kis gadhe par crush kar rahi hu main.. "

They shot the video, and after sometime, abhyudaya comes up to gk and looks in her eyes and says something that shook her heart. "Gautami, I want to go on a date".

Gk - uhhhh... Kyaa???

Abhyudaya - yes, I really do.

Gk (in mind) - wthh?? Did he just ask me out on a date??

Gk - uhmm...

Abhyudaya (smirks) - Tu kya jijhak rahi hai? Jaana mujhe hai ki teko? Lol.

Gk - kya? Tu kehna kya chah raha hai?

Abhyudaya - are haan mai teko batana bhool gaya, aaj meri ek date hai ek bandi ke saath.

Gk - excuse me?? Aur tune mujhe batana sahi bhi nahi samjha? How is she? Where is she? And who the heck is she???
