Manabu - "The school budgeting priorities are completely unprofessional"
Issei - "Yeah the athletic clubs get most of the budget. Everyone else gets the crumbs"
Manabu - "The non-athlete clubs room are in bad of shape they have given zero thought or effort of the heater problem."

As Manabu step out of the room leaving Issei alone as he begins to Trace the heater and finding the problem as he starts to fix it. He heard the voice of Manabu and a girl who he recognizes as Mio Naruse. Issei begins to step outside with the heater.
Issei - "Okay Manabu I fix it." He said bring the heater.
Manabu - "Thanks a lot. I can always count on you assistance Emiya. Also my offer still stands if you want."
Issei - "It's okay and about your offer I have to refuse I don't think I'm good enough to be a member of the student council. So where's the next one?"
Manabu - "Right it's over the AV room. They say it's acting up lately. But I think it's a it's end."
