Summertime Sadness

Chapter 5

There's a Japanese story where the sun and the moon fell in love with each other, but since the moon has to come at night and the sun come up at the day, it was impossible for them to meet,
So God made the eclipse so they can have a chance to meet

Everything is possible if you just believe in it, and there's no exception

Darks skies, cold but lukewarm temperature filled all of Japan as everyone is getting ready for their slumber, but not for everyone

"Hey aniki, aren't you going to sleep yet?" Gin said in her sleepy voice

"No, I'm not sleepy, you go on and sleep you still have a job tomorrow" Akutagawa's said sitting down in his couch staring at his window, where the moon is in full display

Some parts of the moon was covered with clouds nevertheless it was still shining beautifully

"Ok, but you have to sleep aniki, so you can regain energy"

"Mhm"

As Gin was walking towards her room a knock on the door was heard

"Who could that be?"

Gin grabbed a small knife and slowly went to the door and opened it, she pointed the knife to the person outside

The person raised their hands in shock as the sharp object is pointed to his throat

"Nakajima-kun?" Gin was slightly shocked at the unexpected visitor, and she WITHOUT permission let Atsushi enter

"Where's Akutagawa?" Atsushi asked

"At the living room"

"Oh, thanks"

Atsushi went to the living room and he immediately saw Akutagawa

"Hey Akutagawa"

Akutagawa looked backed and he immediately sprung up when he saw Atsushi

"Jinko?!"

"I'm here to-"

"RASHOUMO-"

*Cough*

*Cough*

*Cough*

Atsushi ran up to help Akutagawa

"Jeez calm down, I'm only here to check up on you"

Akutagawa looked at Atsushi with an angry face

"No need, I'm fine"

"By the sound of that cough I don't think you are, and i bought some pork buns"

"Tsk"

"Now just sit down and relax"

Atsushi led Akutagawa to sit, and once he sat Atsushi sat the sofa beside Akutagawa

"Here" Atsushi handed the pork buns "how's your health? Are you getting better?"

Akutagawa, though he glared at Atsushi just grabbed the pork buns and ate it

"What do you think?"

"You don't need to be so mean"

Akutagawa just ate the pork buns ignoring his words

"I hope you've taken your medicines" Atsushi said

"I did"

They talked till late at night, and since then Atsushi has been going there everyday

And as if a miracle happened, they actually got along
