Okay, starting a new fanfiction! Yes, some things obviously won't happen in the real show, but this is a fanfiction! Expect it. Anyway, on with the story! Also Stanford=Author and Stanley= Grunkle Stan

Stanford's POV

"Ford, c'mon!" Stanley, my twin, shouted at me. I smiled and rolled my eyes, clicking my pen in my pocket. I pulled my backpack out of our car, and glanced at Stanley, who was running ahead, exploring the beach house and its environment. "Lee, wait up!" Stanley looked back at me, and stood still. That's a first. I heard a car door slam, and out came my dad, pulling a suitcase behind him. Stanley rushed over to us. "Need some help, dad?" He asked.
Dad chuckled, and shook his head. Stanley cocked his head, and went back to looking around. "Lee! Come over here!" I smiled, and ran to join my twin at the top of the hill. Beyond the cool grass tickling our feet, was a drop, and from that drop led the beach. The waves were lightly brushing against the landscape of the sand as the sun rose behind us. I sat down, the bliss of the moment overwhelming. I let my foot tap the dirt side of the cliff that was supporting us. A trickle of dirt ran down, and floated back into the air silently. Me and Stanley stared at the view for a minute or two, until Lee spotted something a ways away.
"Look, a park!"
He pointed to a old-looking park, complete with swings, a slide, and a jungle gym. The park also had little duckling seats. It was fenced in, suggesting that it was private.
"I don't think we can go in." I said.
Stanley's face fell. "Oh. Yeah." He stood up. "Well, let's get to unpacking. We can explore the town after." He reached his hand out to help me up. I took it and stood up. We entered the beach house, alive with the musky aroma of sand and sea water. I drew in a deep breath. I made eye contact with Lee, and we smiled. We started racing up the stairs to the place where our dad said our bedroom would be. When Stanley got to the top of the stairs before I did, I laughed. I took another step, but apparently my footing was off, because I tripped and started to fall.
"Ford!"
Stanley grabbed my wrist and pulled me back up.
"Wow, thanks. You just saved my butt."
"Don't mention it."
I stayed quiet for a few seconds.
"Bet I can beat you to the bedroom!"
"Bet you can't!"
I rose up and gave Stanley a short noogie before running past him, into the drab bedroom.
Shortly after I stopped in the doorway, my brother stepped in.
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking, bro?"
"If you're thinking that we need to jazz this place up a bit, them yes. Yes I am."
I laughed, and climbed onto the bottom half of the bunk bed in our bedroom. There was also a daybed, and a nightstand next to the beds. Stanley climbed on the ladder that led to the top bunk, and flopped onto the pillow, face-first. I broke out in laughter.
"Urgh. It was such a long drive," Stanley complained.
"Two and a half hours isn't that long of a drive." I pointed out my twin's exaggeration.
Stanley smiled and rolled his eyes.
"Let's start unpacking."
"Okaaay..." Lee mock-complained.
I slid my backpack off my back. I unzipped it. It was a navy blue backpack that Stanley had once gotten ahold of, and wrote my name on it in glitter-glue. Have I ever said that Stanley is more of an optimist? Anyway, I unzipped my backpack and the first first thing I laid my eyes on was a notepad.
Suddenly an idea sprung to life in my brain.
