Part 4: Lilac

LILAC'S POV

I stared at the ceiling of my room as I pondered upon whatever had took place today.

It was weird for me to talk with Aaron so casually.

I turned on my bed.

I just couldn't point out the certain reason, why.

'Could he be Ron?' I chewed on my lower lip.

I jolted up from the bed, as I picked up my phone from the bedside table.

I dialled Rockey.

The phone rang a couple times before he picked up.

"Hello, What's up?"

"Eh, bro? Where are you?" I asked still deep in thought.

"Upstairs, why?"

"I need you to investigate someone for me?" I said, my eyes laced with suspicion.

"Name your sweetheart, sis."

"Bruh, what do you mean MY sweetheart? It could also be yours, you know." I asked standing up from my bed.

"Oh common. Is it Aaron Smith?" He scoffed.

"Wow. I smiled amused. How did you know it's him?"

"What can I say, well.... it's just the way you stared at him.
It gave 'I am in love', You know."
He laughed.

My face dropped," Dude, would you do it or not?" I rubbed my temples in frustration.

"Ofcourse, anything for my little sister."

Finally, "As if, I rolled my eyes. Thx dude. Good night." I yawned.

"Bye, Lily, sleep tight and dream about your sweet heart, Aaron~."

"Shut up! Rockey"

He hung up, enjoying my reaction.

I blushed.

I fell on my bed with a plop as I closed my eyes, annoyed by my one only brother.

I guess didn't realise when I fell asleep as when I woke up from my deep slumber it was already 6:00 a.m

School started at 9:00 and ended at 4:00 in the evening so, I was up pretty early.

I freshened up and packed up for school and by then it was already 7:30.

I checked myself in the mirror after I put on my uniform and made my way downstairs.

As soon as reached down, the maids along with the butler greeted me good morning.

To which I smiled and reciprocated their greeting back.

I sat in the dinning area waiting for my breakfast.

The maid brought me my breakfast and I made my way out of the house after finishing my food.

The chauffeur waited near the parking as he opened the car's door for me. I got in.

We only moved a couple metres and the car stopped to pick of Bella.

BELLA'S house was just near ours.

Bella spotted the car and waved.

I smiled as I opened the car door for her to get in.

And we made our way to school.
