My first day as a lifeguard. Trainee lifeguard*.

Actually it's not. It is just a meeting.

I know a few lifeguard from the tv series. But today I will meet all of them. In a meeting where this other trainee is also introducing himself, I think it is a he but I will see.

First find were the stupid meeting room is, please don't get lost in this enormous building. It's now around 19:14, It start around 19.15. I'm so going to be late and I'm so lost

When I finally find to meeting room I see Hoppo waiting. 'I'm so sorry, I got lost' 'its okay, some of the guys who were working today are not here yet either, go sit down Makhyli' 'okay, that's such a relief'

I walk in the room I feel all eyes on me 'hi' I say soft. I look around to see where I can sit. Mouse looks at me with a smile. 'you can sit here' he says and grabs a chair for me. I walk over and sit in the chair.

'Hey Makhyli, how's it going?' 'Hi! I'm doing well, thanks. How about you?' 'I'm doing pretty good.'

More people walk in, Hoppo walks after them in. 'now we can start, can Makhyli and taco come to the front so everybody can see you guys' I stand up and this other guy that must be taco and we walk to the front.

Hoppo begins talking: 'Good evening, everyone! I hope you're all doing well today. I'd like to take a moment to introduce our newest team members, Makhyli and Taco. Makhyli, would you like to say a few words to introduce yourself?

'Okay? Good evening, everyone. I'm Makhyli, and I'm thrilled to be joining the team as one of new trainee's. I'm really excited to contribute to the great work that's being done by you guys. I'm looking forward to getting to know every one of you

'Thank you, Makhyli now let's move on to Taco.'

Hey everyone, I'm Adrian or Taco, and I'm excited to be joining the team as well, as the new trainee. I grew up around Bondi. Yep that's me'

'thank you guys, does anyone have a question for them?'

'Makhyli, where around Sydney are you from?' 'I'm life north of Bondi, I still live with my mom.' Me living with my mom is a lie, oops. 'how old are you?' 'im 18' and Makhyli?' 'oh uhm, I'm 16'. It then gets quiet okey no more questions? You can co back to your seats' we walk back to our seats.

'now everybody can just talk with each other or ask questions to our new trainees' people start talking

'Makhyli! Do you have interesting hobbies or activities you enjoy?' I turn around to the guy who asked the question. 'surfing, photography and running' from my problems 'sorry what is your name?' 'I'm Jesse' 'ah okay.' he will be one of the bests friends you wil ever have

'could you tells me about yourself, Jesse' 'why?' he looks confused. 'Tell me why you went and tried out for lifeguards' 'oh, I did some terrible things, so this was my new start' 'did you have to go to jail' I ask as a joke, he looks back shocked. 'I'll tell you jail is no fun' I tell him. 'You went to jail?' 'Once in monopoly' I say bitter, he start laughing
