The New Girl

"Wanna jump?" Carter asked me I wasn't so sure about what to say, but before I could think I said,"Sure why not." my voice was quivering with fear though he must've heard it becausse the next thing he said,"It's okay just keep your eyes closed and take a big breath."

I did as he said and closed my eyes and jumped.

I was thrilled when i felt the ice cold water touch my bare arms I almost felt relaxed, but didn't because the need to breath filled my chest as i pushed to the surface. Once I got up i noticed he had been waiting on me "That was awesome! But I got a bit of water in my nose." "Yeah," he answered," I'm glad we have a float dock in our town."

We swam for awhile and at one point we went and dried off up on the beach. All of a sudden i fell asleep and being gently shooken with somebody saying my name over and over again. And then I woke up.

"Jazmyn get up time for your first day of your new school." my mom said loudly. "Do I have to got to school I don't want to be a new girl again." I groaned "Yes you do now get up or else I'll start singing your favorite song."she threatened in her "sweet" voice, "I don't care." I answered her "Alright then here I go IT'S FRIDAY!FRIDAY!!GOTTA GET DOWN ON FRIDAY!" she yelled at the top of her lungs not caring who she awakened. "AHHHH!", I yelled"alright I'm up just stop singing that's a terrible song no matter who sings it." (A/N: sorry to any people who like that song no offense it's just the way I make the character think).

Once my mom left I got ready for chool. I don't dress up too much, do I put on a pair of skinny jeans regular dark blue Jean color with my black converse and my favorite baby blue aeropostale t-shirt. I put on a my regular amount of makeup some mascara and lip gloss and curled the ends of my hair because I love my hair when it's curled.I rushed downstairs and made a bowl of cereal.

Gulping down my milk I rushed out the door but, missed the bus by only a few seconds. Groaning in frustration I went back in to ask my mom for a ride seeing that my dad already left.

"Fine sweetie but I can't be giving you a ride everyday especially since I sometimes have meetings in the mprning." She lectured I didn't respond being too tired to respond from thinking how my new school was gonna be. I stepped our of the car and gaped a my new school.
