I stood there looking into the distance where Jaehyun last stood. Tears fell from my eyes as I dropped down to my knees Su-hyeok came behind me wrapping his arms around my waist and putting his head on my shoulder. "I need to go back and just make sure he's okay.." I cried Su-hyeok looked up at me confused and nodded slowly. "Okay..it's that what will make you feel better let's go." I put my hand on his chest stopping him "No...I need to do this alone." He shook his head and opened his mouth to try and argue but look down at the ground.
I walked away from the group towards the now nothing of a building....Jaehyun...please be okay please..
I climbed through the windows as I cried silently I never got the chance to tell you how I really felt Jae. Why did you leave me you asshole!
I jumped as I heard footsteps behind me. I sniffed and turned around to see Su-hyeok and On-Jo.
"I told you guys I wanted to be alone!" I pushed Su-hyeok and started hitting him in the chest. "Nam-ra we couldn't let you go through this alone" On-Jo cried as she grabbed onto me. Su-hyeok just stood there with sadness in his eyes.
"Let me go" I pulled myself out of On-jo's grip and went to look for Jae.
"Nam-ra we shouldn't-"
Shut up. He meant nothing to you Su-hyeok"
I turned around glaring at him. "You didn't care about him Su-hyeok you were a fucking asshole to him and now he's gone you don't even want to say goodbye?!" His facial expression changed from sadness to anger.
"Are you being fucking for real?! He was my friend too I just don't think he would want us putting ourselves in danger for him" I scoffed at what he said and started walking up the steps.
"What the fuck do you know about what he wants..." ———————
We got to the second floor and I broke down I couldn't do this anymore not without him..."JAEHYUN!" I called out....silence I called out for him again but nothing.
He's gone...he's really gone. I walked to the nearest wall and started banging my head against it crying. "I NEVER GOT TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH..." I screamed. Su-Hyeok picked me up and began to carry me. "On-jo I told you this was stupid we need to go it's too much for her!"
Then silence....
I woke up to see that I was still being carried. Jaehyun...his arms how I missed them. How he would wrap them around me or how-
"Ah...hm..hel-..help me"
I fought out of Su-hyeok's arms and ran towards the voice calling for help.
"NAM-RA WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" I kept running and running till I got to where the sound was coming from.
Under a pile of bricks there he was...those beautiful brown eyes my boy..."Jae..." that was all I could squeeze out as my cry got stuck in my throat.
He looked up at me with tears in his eyes as he had blood running out his mouth and nose.
"Nam-ra..." he cried I ran over to his body and started pulling the bricks off him as fast as I could. Tears falling from my eyes.
"I c-can't move.." he started to close his eyes he was fighting for his life...I knew that this might be the last time I would see him so...I did it.
I grab his face and kissed him with everything I had in me all my love all my care my heart was his forever. As I pulled away he blinked repeatedly and smiled.."I was waiting for that"
I chuckled and kept trying to pull the bricks off but I was getting weaker and weaker by the second. I shouted for help and Su-hyeok ran over.
His face went pale as his jaw dropped open. "Jaehyun..." I looked up at him and nodded with tears in my eyes "Please help me get this shit off him!" He nodded and started to get to work it took a few minutes till we could actually pull him out he shouted in pain crying that he couldn't feel his legs...
I covered his mouth and tried to calm him down "it's okay...you're okay breathe" I put my hand on his heart it was doing backflips in his chest.
"I'll carry him" Su-hyeok said picking him up as Jae groaned from the pain. "Okay come on we have to be fast before those things show up." I nodded and we started running to the rest of the group.

Anyways guys short chapter ik I'm lowkey being lazy with this whole book bc idk if people even like it but if you do lemme know and I'll post more frequently but yeah you're still alive. I swear I've put Jae through too much like idk how bro's still walking but whatever thanks for reading and byee<3
