Reunite

Today Alfred decided to take me shopping since I was going to stay with him for a while.

"Okay. Ready kiddo?" He asked as he got his keys that were seated on the table. I happily skipped up next to him and smiled up at him "Yup I'm ready!"

We walked to the car and I got in the back. He buckled me in and started up the car. "How about some music?" I clapped my hands "Yea!" He put on the radio and (fav song) came on. "This is my favorite!" I spoke up gleefully. Alfred put the music up higher and we both started to sing along with the lyrics.

We got to the mall and found a parking space fairly close and parked the car. Alfred got out the car and unbuckled me and grabbed my hand as we walked inside the mall.

We ended up buying pretty much the whole mall. I skipped happily with some of the merchandise we bought with Alfred walking lazily behind me. "Wooh you sure tired me out. I could go for a nap." I giggled "You can take a nap we we get home silly!" He smiled at me as we finally got to the car.

On the way back we decided to go to a gas station. I ran around the car and watched him put gas in the car. As I stood there, I finally heard a voice call from behind me. "(Y/n)?" I turned around to see my dad with tears in his eyes. "Daddy!" I ran to him and he enveloped me in a hug as he cried into my shirt.

I could feel the eyes of people on our scene but I didn't care. After a while he pulled away and looked at Alfred with a thanking gaze. "Thank you, for looking after my daughter. I'm sure you took well care of her but I think I must take her back now." I looked back to Alfred and saw as he smiled "No problem dude!" He kneeled with his arms opened wide "How about a goodbye hug?" I let go of my dad and ran over to Alfred and have him a hug.

I ran back to my dad and we both went to the car. "Daddy? Where are we going?" He looked back to me and smiled "First we go back to Russia because I have some work to take care of but then we'll have all the time to spend time with eachother" I nodded "okay!"

Hopefully nothing happens again.
