The scene opens to the college grounds in the morning where everyone is either talking, studying or playing with each other. The camera pans to inside of Lilly's dorm room, in the kitchen where Ben is seen making breakfast as Martha walks out the room tired.

Ben: "*snickers* Morning bushy face."
Martha: "Yeah, yeah, just hand me the eggs before I punch you."
Ben: "*hands Martha her plate before looking around* Hey, where's Lilly? Isn't she supposed to be out here?"
Martha: "She's in her room trying to figure out what song that we needed to sing before tomorrow night. *munches on her food before saying* I think that it's nice that she's doing something fun with us."
Ben: "*takes off his apron* You keep an eye on the stove for me while I get Lilly."
Martha: "*talks with her mouth full* Sure thing bro!"
Meanwhile in Lilly and Martha's room, Lilly is sitting on her desk with a pencil in her hand while looking at the empty notebook page with questioning look on her face. A knock was heard from the closed door as Ben says,
Ben: "*muffled* You in there Lilly? I made breakfast and I don't want you to miss out."
Lilly: "Oh, yes, I'll be out in a second!"
She closes her notebook as she stands up from her chair and walks to the door. As she opens the door, Martha shouts from the hallway saying,
Martha: "Uh, guys? You might want to see this!"
They walked into the living room and saw that Martha held a look of nervousness before she asked,
Martha: "Remember what happened last night with the glowey explosion thing?"
Lilly: "Yeah, why?"
Martha didn't say anything as she looked at the TV as a news channel was on.
Female Reporter: "-And it would seem that last night's blackout was somewhat caused by an explosion of sorts. Investigators think it was just a natural power outage due to the new building-"
Ben: "I'd say that's was a close call because of that, but real question is what happened to you last night."
Lilly: "I'm telling you guys, I've got no idea what happened last night either, but I would rather forget about it today and focus on something else."
Martha: "We'll come back to that later, but right now, we need to pick outfits for tomorrow night."
Ben: "So we're just gonna ignore the fact that- *get elbowed in the ribs* Ow!"
Martha: "*whispers to Ben* Let's not put much pressure on her than it already was from what happened yesterday and focus on tomorrow's show."
Ben: "... Fine. But if something like this happens again, I'm going to do something about it and you're not going to stop me."
