On my way back home last night I thought about how stressful the last couple of weeks have been and decided that a weekend away with friends and family would be great for everybody at this time, plus we have Miss Maxine to help out with Ari.
Mi immediately call mi cousin fi ask her if she wanted a weekend away.
Think more tomorrow evening fi lef.
Jus then Dan answered my Facetime call.
"Hey cuz, wapm?"
"deh ya enuh cuz. Sooo, mi a tink fi ask Mal fi officially be mi girl and yuh know she been through a big ordeal today, so mi wa everybody tek a weekend off and book one hotel fi all a we chill." I made the suggestion.
"Well sure but when will this be?" she questions.
"Wanted to leave tomorrow but Paw did deh Portland an a tomorrow before him fawud back, so mi a pree Saturday morning early or tomorrow evening.
" Ok. Me ave a mediation and one court appearance ina the morning so we could go ina the evening. Where yuh thinkin?"
"Sandals Mobay. Me and Mal, her sister weh apparently a date Nathaniel, him likkle cousin Delly and yuh know him no move widout him. You an Mario of course and Paw." I named who I wanted to be there.
"Ok ave a girlfriend from New York weh down her ago link her, she did ave a big thing fi Paw but them neva meet and her cousin to. Ago call dem and book the rooms ok?"
"Yeah and mi want arrangement fi supm romantic fi me and Mal."
"Lol hear lover bwoy. Like how yuh a try mek mi bestie happy and mi hope yuh can love har the real way." she warned.
"Cuz yuh know when mi loyal mi loyal. Mal ave mi heart from mi a 18. Jus want her fi be mine and done."
"Ok babe ago call Samira and Kiara." then we ended our call.
Mi shoot Miss Maxine a text then Paw, Delly and Bruister and tell him invite Mal sister.

Back at the apartment I went in and the place did quiet.
Went to the guest room to check on Ari who was fast asleep.
I went to my room and Mal was asleep. I stood there for a minute taking her in layin in my bed.
Mi decide fi tek a quick shower and go curl up beside her.
As mi lay dung she wake up.
"Hey, yuh jus come back?" she questioned.
"Yeah. Yuh good?"
"Yeah jus a bit tender." she assured me.
"Ok. Soon feel better. Think you would be up for a weekend getaway wid everybody?"
