They're canon and childhood friends. The creator wanted them to meet as kids, Paimon took Stolas to a circus to distract him from his marriage engagement with Stella, he blushed non-stop when he saw Blitzø. I guess Paimon didn't take a notice that Stolas is crushing on Blitzø.
I feel like that Vivzie shouldn't really rush them to be together, not for them, but for Octavia and Loona. (I know Loona wouldn't care, but I'm mainly talking about Octavia)
And not to mention, but the fact that Blitzø wanted to help Stolas in Western Energy but he had to deal with Loona, so he sent Moxxie and Millie, and when he heard that Stolas got hurt, he was worried, that actually shows that Blitzø cares about Stolas, but he just doesn't show it so Stolas would think that Blitzø is going all soft on him. (But he really is soft)
