Currently, this monster is attacking the city. It starts releasing several balls of energy, causing multiple large explosions across the area.
At the hero association HQ: (HAE: Hero Association Employee) HAE 1: "It's closing in!" HAE 2: "Tch! So who's available!?" HAE 3: "We have confirmation that Lightning Max and Smile Man are on their way!" HAE 1: "Give me a threat level assessment!"
