Karn and Agni's fight

Author's POV (20 years after Akshavi's birth )

Hastinapur 

" You mean to say that because of that good for nothing Daksh , my elder sister was sent to Kaliyuga?!..."Abhimanyu asked in disbelief while slamming his hand on the table kept infront of him.

" Abhi !... Watch your tongue, Daksh is like son for Maharani , she will not bear anything against him ,..."Arjun warned his son . Abhimanyu scoffed .

" Agni Kaki, I mean Maharani is really scary !....I still remember the punishment she gave to me for causing nuisance!.." Satanik said in fear while remembering how he was forced to eat red chillies.

" Satanik , Putra...you andAbhi don't know real Agni ,..the one whom you know is just a confused soul who have to handle both Mathura and Hastinapur equally. That's why mostly she is tensed and tired and gets annoyed fast.." Arjun explained.

" I don't know about that , I am just relaxed that she is in Mathura from few days...I hope she lives-" Satanik was cut off by the guard announcing.

" Maharaj aur Maharani padhar rahe hai !.."

Upon this announcement, Abhimanyu and Satanik stood up immediately not wanting to get scolded. Arjun rolled his eyes at how terrified these two are just by Agni's name.

Agni entered in with her usual  ' Hastinapur toh mere baap ka hai !' like walk. Behind her Karn entered normally , just like a common man entering his brother's room.

" Pranipaat Maharaj , Pranipaat Maharani.." Three of them greeted .

" Abhi , Satanik , you don't need to be so formal with your Chachu guys...just take a chill pill..." Karn said while ruffling his nephews hairs and both of them smiled , but their smiles turned to frown when..

" Yahi dono baadme aapke seer pe chadhege !...Dont be so formal with your Chachu guys !.." Agni mimicked in disbelief and plopped down the sofa while cupping her forehead with her hand which was paining like hell from all the hate she is still getting from the people of Mathura and energy draining constant arguments with her husband.

Karn rolled his eyes and Arjun sighed and shook his head in disbelief.

" They are my nephews, Maharani !...Now I am not like some people who can't even love their own child , bhanjo ko pyaar Dena toh dur ki baat hai !.." Karn commented and Agni slammed her hand on the glass table infront of her causing it to develop a crack in it.

She stood up in rage.
" I told you !...I told you to not talk about it again and again !!!.....Why you always try to irritate me ?...
Aapko Daksh accha nahi lagta toh toh bol dijiye na !...
I just can't bear you anymore !...20 saalo se sirf aapke taane suun Rahi hu!...I am just fed up of you!...It's better that you just handle your Hastinapur alone and I will just go to Mathura and stay there !.." Agni spat while glaring at Karn venomously.

Karn who tries to keep calm most of times always gets irks by Agni's behaviour leading them to massive argument. And that's what happening right now.

Karn when near Agni and stood infront of her , glaring into her eyes ,reflecting equal hate.

" And you also know you can't do what you are saying !...You can't break the promise of giving equal time to Mathura and Hastinapur!.."Karn said through gritted teeth.

" Just rot in hell !.." Agni spat and Karn was getting even more angry now . He grabbed Agni's hand , stopping her from leaving and pushed her against the wall and pinned her hands up. Abhimanyu and Satanik gasped in horror . They are tired of witnessing constant fights of their uncle and aunt , who portray to be a lovely couple just in public.
