Backstory: Same as a lot of kids, Nori had the dream to become a hero. His idols were, at the time, 13 and All Might. In his years before U.A, he had always been fascinated with plants and worked on his quirk. He also has been bullied for being a coward and yet he's always willing to stand up for someone despite not knowing how to defend himself well. Sad-eyes is a nickname that is later given to him by Bakugo. Reason being, seeming so depressed (which he is). He was also always a year ahead in school, hence being 14 before joining U.A.
He got into U.A through the entrance exam with 54 villain points. And 12 rescue points. He was put into Class 1-A with his sister, Nagi.
Throughout his time at U.A he has made some friends and has grown to respect Mr. Aizawa and Deku. He looks up to Deku because of his determination and... ability to smile. He also looks up to his sister Nagi, who cares about him deeply while he does too.
By the time of season 6, he has grown less depressed and less cowardly and is 15 years old.
