Cosmic Era 73, there's the young woman called Sho Reiyuki,20 years old, she's the student of Thammasat university she's majoring the master drum at the Asian Pacific Federation,but she knows how to operate the mobile suit.

Yu Reiju, she's Sho Reiyuki's childhood friend, she served as the mobile suit pilot of the ZAFT alliance forces,she pilots the ZGMF-107 Bawoo Siegfried .

Before ZAFT alliance begin the invasion , the Asian Pacific Federation still remains peace.

But there's the military base located at Phu Langka at Asian Pacific Federation.

At the hangar of the Phu Langka military base,there are three mobile suits at there,such as GAT-X1022 Blu Duel Gundam Mk.II,GAT-X103T Buster Gundam Type II,GAT-X207SR Nero Blitz Gundam and GAT-X303AA Rosso Aegis Gundam.

But the peace remaining is temporary, unfortunately,the ZAFT alliance mobile suits starts the invasion of the Phu Langka military base ,the university that she's study suddenly the warning siren blows loudly,the lecturers and the students are being called to evacuate.

But Sho Reiyuki is decided to heading to the Phu Langka military base to observe the mobile suit is been stolen or not.

But unfortunately the four mobile suits are been stolen by Yu Reiju and her members.

At the another hangar of the Phu Langka military base, there's only one mobile suit survived the stealing operation

When she's prepare to onboard the ZGMF-105EN Strike Enhanced Gundam,the crew member asked her"do you know how to operate this mobile suit?",she replied "Yes,I know how to operate!"

"Damn it!,ZAFT forces,force me to do this,what a nuisance!"said Reiyuki when she's activating the OS of the ZGMF-105EN Strike Enhanced Gundam.

Finally,the GAT-X105EN Strike Enhanced Gundam is awakening from the hangar. And she starts her first encounter.
