Chapter10-Study buddy!

I haven't talked to Shawn since Tuesday but he has been calling and texting me non stop! It's driving me crazy not responding but I'm still mad that he broke a promise that meant a lot to me, he broke my heart. I understand he was drunk but why the hell would he even leave after I almost died from drowning?!
Today is Monday and I have to see everyone who came to Tyler's party at schools me I have to go back to work at my internship for fashion design tomorrow. When I walked in everyone got up and was asking how I felt after the incident and I was fine physically a little traumatized but I'm good. Of course Shawn was just sitting there like I was invisible. He's been so bipolar first he wants me then he doesn't then he does.
Tyler sat by me today for social studies.
"How's it going with him." Ty asked

"I haven't talked to him since the party but he keeps trying to get a hold of me I don't know what to do anymore."

"Well I think you should- " he got cut off by the bell and class had started.
The day went by really fast but I couldn't focus.
When I got home I saw a note from Luke and he left and moved out cause he got his own place and Alex was helping him move in today. That's why they weren't at school.
I decided to work on my homework and shut off my phone so I can focus. I was doing my science and I realized our class project was due on Friday so I told Cameron to come over so we could work on it and so I could finally tutor him, there has been no time.
"And that's why people can live with 1 kidney." I explained to him.
We were learning human anatomy. He finally got it and we decided to take a break.
"I'm gonna go use the restroom." he said

"Down the hall on the left" I shouted.

He came out and jumped on the couch
"Wanna watch a movie? I think we've worked on our project enough for today."

"Sure what movie?" He asked
"I don't know, you pick I'm gonna make popcorn"

I noticed he picked the Lion King which is my all time favorite Disney movie I was so excited! I'm still a little kid at heart don't judge! (True) I noticed him starring at me.

"Why are you starring at me?"
"I was not!" He said as he got red
"Was too!" I giggled as I asked him again.
"Because... You have really pretty eyes" he smiled down at me.
"Is that what you say to all the girls." I was kinda of annoyed because it felt like he was messing with me.
"What girls?" He looked really confused.
"All the girls that drool over you at UCLA"
" I don't talk to them. You are actually my first girlfriend" he said and then turned red realizing what he just said.
"Not that your my girl friend I just mean my friend that's a girl not that I would want you as my girlfriend but you are my friend and-" he mumbled
" I get it" I laughed
"You really do though" he said again.
"Stahp"
"And you have cute little dimples."he said poking my cheeks.
We sat there looking at each other and he started leaning in. I physically could not move. I was so shocked but I kissed him back and as we pulled away we both had the most dumbfounded looks on our faces . we heard the door open and we broke our locked eyes from each other.
"Hey what are you guys doing"alex said
"Nothing" we replied
"I gotta go but I'll see you tomorrow adri bye Alex" he said on his way out the door.
"Woah" is all I could say...
