She can unleash a freezing blast, encasing enemies in ice and temporarily immobilizing them.
Elemental Burst :
Summoning a swirling blizzard that deals continuous Cryo damage to nearby foes, she creates ice spikes from the ground, impaling enemies and dealing massive damage in a dancing way, similar to Nilou in a way

Lilly used to work as an assistant for the one and only Dottore during her Fatui life. She was praised for her quick working and planning, that got her to being the 7th (hehe took Sandrone's place) Fatui harbinger
She worked for them ever since she was the age of 15. She never saw them bad due to them trapping her in their bad actions and tricking her into thinking the good people are bad and power is everything. Becoming close to Dottore and Pantalone only to break out of their trap at the age of 20. She ran out of the freezing Snezhnaya. Stumbling into Liuye, she figured she'd get a job.
She started working for the Yanshang Teahouse, and work with Ningguang as her agent. The Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing and owner of the floating Jade Chamber in the skies of Liyue. After becoming Liuyes most famous gambler, she decided to put it to good use and include it in her work hours. Gambling for information was her new stratergy
Getting herself into a workaholic person was an achievement to her but seeing herself getting preassured with the amount of useless complains and reports of Liuyes citizens. Busy streets and loud shouts of the Millilleth, she decided she needed a change of enviroment
That is when Mondstadt welcomed her with open arms
