The bed moon laid upon felt horrid. Always did.She didn't feel anything as of now and shouldn't that be a concern seeming she's in a completely different room she had been in before. "good morning.. how do you feel?" a soft voice spoke forcing her to snap her head to it. Tears welling within her soul almost pouring out. Should she respond? her body felt painful, like she had jumped off of something.
"Im fine, why am i here?" jungwon's faced changed to one of sadness. Maybe he didn't know but he was very expressive of his emotions with his face. "you passed out at school. i tried getting the teacher but she didn't seem to be in a rush to help you. she just stood there... im sorry." turning back to look at the ceiling above her, moon felt relieved. he cared about her, why couldn't she do the same. "what about aisha?" she didnt look but she could tell the boy was pondering on what way she had been asking this question. "why am i not dead yet?" silence enveloped the room.
it was peacful until it wasnt anymore.
"She's no where to be found actually. I'm guessing she's at home?" Moon bitterly chuckled. She missed her opportunity to finally die.
She rather that someone would take her life for her so she wouldn't have to do it herself, yet lately it's been looking like that's what she's going to do. Tired of waiting for the person to do it. Tired of crying. Tired of this endless hatred for herself. Tired.
Tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired.
"Hey, it's okay."
"Moon, look at me..please." The male in the hospital chair beside her begged. Knock her back into the correct train of thought. "My parents will let you live with me for the time being. You don't have to if your uncomfortable but don't worry about having to do anything. Your company will be more than perfect." He smiled. God his dimples.
"Okay. I can pay you some money once I get a job." He pressed his fingers near her face, watching as she flinched. Yet Yang jungwon didn't move back. "Your okay. I won't hurt you." She didn't look too convinced. Only now did she realize, he's a complete stranger.
She would be in the house with him?
Fuck.
"I'm not going to touch you..." because your too delicate. Is what he wanted to say. But he didn't. She didn't need to know that right now after she was still in the hospital and it would probably catch her off guard. "Okay.." was all moon decided to say. She didn't think a whole ass sentence demanding for an explanation would be good for the both of them so she let him do what he wanted. Not missing the small hitch in his breath.
"Can I hug you?" He still asked.
Yang jungwon cared enough to ask.
She just nodded her head like any other person would do. He wasn't threat, he was an angel. One sent to be with her. Protect her. help her.
She looked into the pair of eyes locking into her own dark brown ones that shone in the light that crept through the curtains of the hospital room.
"If it's okay with you, my parents are waiting outside to meet you. I didn't let them come in until I got your approval and even if you are uncomfortable, I can always make them leave, you don't have to do anything you don't want to do right now." Wow. Just wow. Jungwon was perfect wasn't he.
Allowing her the option to choose her own fate for Atleast how ever long this will last until she will finally meet his parents. If he was and angel than she can only imagine what his parents would be like. Can already imagine the most happily and welcoming smiles ever.
"Okay. I think I might want to meet them now or else I will hold off on it." She whispered. Moon felt the ground beneath her feet lift up and slap all of the air out of her lungs and the man before her smiled with pure happiness. "That's great. If it gets too uncomfortable for you just tap my shoulder and I will lead them out. Just because they come in doesn't mean they can't go right back out. Okay?" Just then a soft knock on the door resided. As if sensing the shift in the room moon laid back down. Sorry to let go of the grip she had in jungwons shoulders.
Maybe it was all her parents fault for her being closed off around others.
Every time she felt a shift she would only hold her self, as if to protect herself from the in seeming danger. The fingers that once held his black sweatshirt now tied together with her own skin, gripping slightly onto the side of her fingers. "Doctor jacobs. May I come in?"
She felt jungwon pause and glance at her like he was figuring out what to say that had to do with her. What the doctor had to say was very much needed to be announced but she looked so soft right now.
Shit.
"Yes, you may come in." The door opened making the softest noise. Like a whisper from god up above. Telling them that they will be alright.
