i tried this new cafe nearby our university, called Op posite

i just moved into a new neighborhood and it's the first day of school too..

i am nervous

i don't have friends here or someone

i just hope that this year and this school year is going to be good, please.

"matcha frappe for audrey!"

i stood up and got my drink from the counter

"thankyou" i said and went back to my table

before i sat down, someone asked me
"uh hey, are you waiting for someone?"

i shaked my head 'no'

"you can sit." i said while opening my straw

i looked at him then notice something

he is familiar..

"hey, why are you staring at me huh?"

he said chuckling

i snapped back into reality

"you looked familiar."

i said straight forward,
wait.. what? did i actually said that?

"i look familiar?"

he asked pointing at himself

"to you?"

i nod my head, still thinking what i've just said.. lol

"maybe i remind you of someone, perhaps your crush?"

"please tell me you're joking."

i said being sarcastic

he laughed then sat down

"so it's the first day of school, what will you do after school? are you going to hang out with your friends?"

he asked me sipping his drink looking curious with a big cute doe eyes..

"i don't have friends."

i said, i am lowkey embarassed to say that to be honest

he might think that i am a loser
'cause i don't have friends here.

"you don't!? how?! and why!?, oh i think i know"

"why?"

"because you like matcha, matcha tastes like grass bud"

he said acting disgusted

the audacity?!

"excuse me? right infront of my matcha?"

"kidding,"

he said giggling

"so why you don't have friends?"

"im new here, so i don't have friends"

"oh, i see, hi! i am kim dohoon i like fashion styling my clothes"

he offered me shaking hands

he nodded looking at his hands, signaling me to shake hands with him.

i shaked his hand then he smiled

"now you, introduce your self"

he nodded again excited for my turn

"hello, i am ahn lina audrey, just call me lina or audrey."

i sighed then continued drinking my drink after that

i noticed him playing with his fingers while looking at me smiling

"what? you're creeping me out kim."

"so we're friends now?"

he asked chuckling

"i guess so?"

i said unsure because i don't know.

"yey! we are friends now! come with me, i'll tour you around the campus!"

he is excited and kicking his feet like a kid, cute.

"i don't trust strangers."

"what? but i thought we are friends?"

he pouted looking like he is going to cry any second now

"uh i mean, we just met minutes ago, i don't really trust someone i just met, im sorry if i offended you or something?"

i apologize because it looks like he is going to cry now

"o-okay, i'll go with you, let's go now"

i said oraganizing my things and cleaning the mess in the table

"yey!, let's go!"

he did a little jump before
standing up

before he opened the door he said

"but still matcha tastes like grass"

making a boo hand gesture infront of me

"i hate you"
