Chapter - 9

In the morning. When I woke up . I saw that ansh was not there but I was already tired . So, i slept again.

I woke up at 7 a.m . Then i saw that ansh was working on his laptop and he came near me and sat beside me and said good morning.

Good morning ansh . I said

He kissed my forehead . I liked being kissed by him on my forehead.

He asked if I can wear saree . But I said I didn't know how to drape it. But he said that he will drape saree .

I was so happy but I don't know for what reason. Ansh told me to take bath and wear peticoat.

After taking bath . I put peticoat and did up till my chest area because I thought that he will not like it or his family members would not like it .

Reyansh asked me if he can come inside when I said yes . He came and asked me. If he can drape the saree but when he saw that my peticoat was uptill chest . He asked if I was scared. But I said nothing then he said that he will never touch me without my permission but he will hold my hand without permission . I thought that i have made the best decision to marry him and he was draping my saree .

After draping saree . I asked him where did he learn from he said that his mother also didn't know how to drape so his father used to help her .

Then we went down and wished good morning to everyone and started our breakfast. After breakfast I saw that everyone was dressed traditionally and was going somewhere.

Then I saw that ansh came from his room wearing matching outfit with me.  Then I asked ansh where he was going to which he replied for party . Then reyansh's mom came and asked if they can go to which reyansh replied yes . I thought that I have to be at home . Then aunty called and told me that let's go .

I went outside and told aunty to sit in front seat to which she said a clear no . I sat in the car and we reached the venue in half hour.

We entered inside and aunty went somewhere to meet her friends i guess.

Kayna ! Let's go baby . Ansh said

Where ? I asked

I have to talk to you. He said and took me to the room .

Kayna baby . U look incredible. Ansh said

Thank you. I said and blushed

Kayna ! I wanted to say that today is our engagement. Ansh said

As ansh said these words . I literally jumped to him and hugged him so tight .

Thank you. Thank you so much ansh . I said

Do u like your outfit? Ansh asked

No, I love it ansh . Thank you. I said

Baby , I wanted to say that your parents will also come . Ansh said

My face dropped and now I felt scared and thought that something bad will happen. Tears started falling from eyes .

Hey ! Meri jaan don't cry . Ansh said

They will not let me marry you and take me with themselves and trade me off . I said

Aree Mera baccha. Nothing, will happen to you . I promise you that all the time I will be with you . Ansh said

I hugged him and cleaned my face .

But ansh i don't have ring for you . I said

Baby! I know that but I saw your wallpaper and I bought that ring . Ansh said

Thank you ansh . I said

Let's go ? Ansh asked

Yes. I said

We both walked downstairs and all the lights were on us.  I was getting nervous . When reyansh said that

Baby, don't be nervous . They will not eat you . Ansh said

I felt some relief . After that we both were sitting on the couch that was kept on the stage and every one was giving their blessings. Then my parents came and gave both of us blessings and my mother said that she wanted to talk to me . I had a habit that when I used to get scared I used to scratch my own hand .

Aunty , she cannot meet you now . As she is busy . She will meet you afterwards or u can talk to her here only . Reyansh said

No , problem . I can talk to her later . Mom said and left the venue in anger .

Then aunty came and kept the veil on my head and did the shagun .

Now it was time for ring ceremony. And we both were standing facing each other and we both were smiling. When everyone started cheering for us . First I put the ring in his hand .

Then he bent down and when I saw the ring . I started crying because it was my dream ring and reyansh stood up and hugged me . When I was stable . He kneeled down and asked me

Will you marry me ? Ansh asked

Yesss . I said and he put on the ring on me . Even though we don't love each other right now but then also he is doing so much for me .

After ring ceremony. We danced for some time and then we left the venue . Me and reyansh were in one car . Aashvi and aunty , uncle and dadi ji was in one car .

Thank you ansh for suprise . I said while smiling.

Welcome baby . And from now on you promise me one thing that u will not cry from now onwards. Ansh said

I cannot promise you but I can try ansh . I said

Good then . Ansh said

And we reached the home . I went and changed my clothes . It was the  best day ever of my life .

I came and lied down and got to know that my periods were 2 days late and I got tensed because before also i had to go to doctor when my periods didn't came . And I hate getting blood tests done . I am scared of needles .

Then ansh came and we both cuddled . Then I kissed ansh's cheek and blushed .  

Baby if I am getting rewards like these then I will plan suprise daily . Ansh said

Anshh . I said

Aacha ok . Sleep now .  He said

We both slept snuggling each other.
