(Rafael POV)
Today, I have to join Glee Club since Miss pillsbury said that it would boost my popularity up or maybe have people acknowledge my existence for once. I personally don't think that joining glee is a good thing because everyone always gets slushied, even the popular people. Just this saw Quinn Fabray, captain of the cheerleaders and president of the celibacy club walking with Finn Hudson Quaterback of the football team, and they both got slushed. I've never gotten slushed before, and if I popular people are getting slushed because they joined glee, then I'm pretty sure that my luck will end very quickly.

(Mr Shue POV)
I walk into the glee club room and see that everyone is already there. Emma had told me that a new student would like to join Glee Club, so hopefully, the kids are happy and can accept this new member and not chase them away.
"Good morning all,todays assignment is going to be a duet," I say, writing down duet on the board.
Rachel puts her hand up
"Yes, rachel,"
"It isn't possible there isn't enough of us to do duets."
"Thank you for pointing that out because that reminds me we have a new member joining us today," I say
Everyone except Rachel gasped and chatted amongst themselves
"Rachel, be nice to our new member, please, and don't scare them away or force them to leave, please. I've been told they are having a hard time fitting in, so do not mess this up for them. Understand me, " I tell Rachel
"Fine understood," Rachel says, sitting back down with her arms crossed
"Knock knock," Emma said, walking into the room with the new member
"Everyone settle down now, please," I say to the group
"This is Rafael Ivanov," Emma said to me

(Rafael POV)
I walk down the hallway with Miss Pillsbury, and she is talking about how nice Mr shue is and how fun the Glee Club can be.
"Knock knock," she says, walking into the room and me following behind her.
She introduces me to Mr Shue and they have a quick talk then Miss Pillsbury leaves and Mr shue announces to the group that I'm the new student.
"This is our new member of the club Rafael Ivanov please make him feel welcome and be nice" Mr shue says
I can already know everyone in the group but whether they know me is a different story. Rachel Berry walks up to me and introduces herself
"Hi I'm Rachel Berry the star of this show so don't even think about ruining my spit light" she says and then grins walking back to her seat
"Ignore her we all do, i'm Kurt hummel" he smiles very widely and holds his hand out for me to shake
I shake his hand
"Nice to meet you Kurt" I smile slightly at him,he blushes and walks away. Well that was weird.
I sit down in the empty seat which was right next to the Finn Hudson
"Hey bud, nice to meet you glad to have another male singer around puckerman is always ditching" he says
"Oh, yeah, your welcome I do like to sing and to be honest I'm here to become popular or for people to acknowledge my existence but I guess I could have fun whilst being here aswell" I say to him
"Oh totally yeah man I get that, between you and me being here is really fun and I enjoy it a lot" he admits to me
"Dont worry i won't tell anyone, we'll it's not like I got anyone to tell really" I say to him
"Hey how about you hang out with me and join the football team then you'll be very popular" he says
"Oh, yeah sure thanks finn" I thank him
"No problem bud" he says patting my back
"So everyone like I said earlier todays assignment is duets, you won't be picking your partners but I will wrote your names down and stick them to the board" he says starting to write the names down.
Everyone sighs because of this.
"Okay so I have folded them all up so now I'm choosing from random and you can clearly see that it's random"
He picks up the first two names and sticks them to the board, he proceeds to do so with the other pieces of paper.
"Okay gang so now the names are up there all random obviously, Rafael would you like to reveal the names for us all"
"Sure why not" I stand up walkingnover to the board
I flip the papers over to reveal all the names.

Mercedes with santana
Britanny with artie
Mike with Tina
Finn with Rachel
Kurt with puck
Quinn with me

Everyone's faces were either happy annoyed or jealous.
Rachel had a big crush on finn she she was grinning like mad, but on Finns face you can kind of see a slight same reaction so my thoughts are that he like Rachel but he is with quinn and having a baby with her.

The bell rang and everyone walked out I walked with finn and quinn.
"I can't believe that you got Rachel Berry as a duet partner I feel bad for you babe" quinn says to finn
"She isn't all that bad to be honest I mean if we are getting marked off this I'm getting high points for sure" he says trying to cover up the beginning of his sentence
"Whatever, anyways have you got a job yet because the bills for the baby isn't gunna go away any time soon" she asks him
"N-no I am looking still but I promise you I will find a job and pay for you okay" he says
"Well hurry up finn because mu parents are getting suspicious about all the mail I keep getting and I really don't want them to find out they would kick me out for sure" quinn says
"I will I will, anyways who did you get to be your duet partner again" finn asks changing the subject
"Me" I say
"Are you a good singer Rafael" quinn asks
"I would say so yeah" I say
"Great, do you play any instruments" she asks
"I guitar, bass and drums" I say
"Your an interesting guy Rafael anything else about you" she asks
"Not really"
"Oh come on there's got to be more things" finn says
"I can do complex tricks on a skateboard and I'm quite athletic" I say
"No way dude you'll have to show me one day" finn says
Quinn just looks at me and smiles
