"So, what did you guys get? Like, what's your topic?" Rosé asked the others who were sitting in a circle during lunch period.

"Um, we got 'Wuthering Heights,'" Eunwoo and Mingyu chuckled.

"Oh, wow," everyone laughed.

"We got 'The Great Gatsby,'" Mina and Jihyo added.

"We got 'Gone with the Wind,'" Rosé and Jaehyun smiled.

Everyone smiled and then stopped for a second, looking at Lisa and Jungkook, who were sighing and not facing each other.

"So, what did you guys get?" Jihyo asked Jungkook and Lisa, everyone's attention now focused on them with curiosity.

Lisa and Jungkook sat up straight for a moment, exchanging a look of disbelief.

"We... um... we..." Jungkook struggled to say, especially with Lisa as his partner.

"Yeah, our topic is..." Lisa trailed off, also feeling lost.

"Well, what is it?" Eunwoo politely inquired.

"We got 'Romeo and Juliet,'" they finally admitted, causing everyone's eyes to widen in shock.

Romeo and Juliet, one of the classic romantic novels, was given to them, despite their animosity towards each other. Everyone found it both funny and confusing.

"Well, wow!" Mina chuckled.

"It suits you guys," Jaehyung added.

"Shut up, Jae," Lisa glared.

"Yeah, I mean, he's not wrong. Look, your name is Julianne, which is very similar to Juliet, and Jeon's name is Leo, which rhymes with Romeo. Also, both of your names match—Lisa and Leo, or Lia and Leo. Jungkook and Julianne, or Jungkook and Julia. You both match each other unexpectedly! So, don't give up! I'm sure you can make it," Jihyo commented positively.

Jungkook and Lisa had only 0.1% of hope, yet they still felt utterly hopeless.

The tension was palpable as everyone exchanged glances, acknowledging the dire situation.

"We could help each other, right? We're friends, after all," Mina suggested, her smile offering a glimmer of optimism. Lisa and Jungkook nodded, their expressions devoid of life.

"Mina's onto something. We can support each other," Mingyu chimed in, his words echoing the collective sentiment.

As the group agreed to unite their efforts, a sense of determination began to replace the despair that had enveloped them. They huddled together, ready to face their challenges as a team.

With a newfound sense of purpose, the group brainstormed ideas and formulated a plan. Each member contributed their strengths and resources, pooling their efforts to tackle the seemingly insurmountable obstacles ahead.

Jungkook and Lisa, once consumed by hopelessness, found solace in the support of their friends. As they discussed strategies and offered encouragement, a glimmer of optimism ignited within them.

Despite the odds stacked against them, they were no longer facing their challenges alone. Together, they were a force to be reckoned with, united in their determination to overcome adversity and emerge victorious.

Lisa pov

Lisa's point of view shifted abruptly as screams filled the room, jolting me from our project analysis. Despite the initial shock, I recognized the source and anticipated what was to come.

It was the cacophony of Jungkook's fangirls, their voices echoing as they fervently shouted his name.

"OMG, Leo!"

"Jeon, oh my gosh!"

"Jungkook, you're so handsome!"

Their various nicknames for him filled the air, and I watched as he grinned widely in response, aggravating me further. Did they even acknowledge my presence? I sat right beside him, yet it seemed as though I was invisible.

This scenario had become a recurring annoyance ever since we were assigned as benchmates. Jungkook, or as they called him, Jeon Leonardo Jungkook, earned his reputation as the flirting king, never missing an opportunity to reciprocate the attention. And frankly, it grated on my nerves.

"Yaa, can you please stop flirting and focus on this project? We need to get going," I snapped, rolling my eyes in frustration.

"What's the rush, Lisa? We have all day and the whole month," he replied, barely sparing me a glance as he continued to engage with his admirers.

This relentless cycle had been ongoing ever since we were paired together for this project. While our friends had good intentions in wanting us to collaborate, it seemed like every break was interrupted by his legion of female fans, each vying for his attention. And of course, being the shameless flirt that he was, Jeon Leonardo Jungkook never missed an opportunity to reciprocate the attention.

I sighed in exasperation, feeling the weight of frustration settling in. "Jungkook, we've barely made any progress on this project because of these constant interruptions. Can't you see we need to focus?"

He finally tore his gaze away from his admirers, looking at me with a hint of amusement dancing in his eyes. "Come on, Lisa, lighten up a bit. It's not like we're on a tight deadline or anything."

"But we do have a deadline, Jungkook," I retorted, trying to keep my voice level despite the mounting frustration. "And if we don't start making some headway soon, we're going to be scrambling to finish at the last minute."

His smile faltered slightly, and for a moment, I thought he might actually take my words seriously. But then, just as quickly, his attention was diverted by another group of giggling girls, and any hope of productive work evaporated into thin air. With a resigned sigh, I returned my focus to the project, steeling myself for yet another round of futile attempts at collaboration amidst the chaos of Jungkook's fangirls.

Despite the distractions, I resolved to make the most of the time we had left. Ignoring the commotion around us as best as I could, I delved into the project, determined to at least make some progress.

As I immersed myself in the work, I couldn't help but feel a pang of disappointment at Jungkook's lack of commitment. It was frustrating to see him squander our valuable time on frivolous interactions when there was important work to be done.

But amidst the chaos, a small part of me couldn't help but admire his effortless charm and charisma. Despite my annoyance, I couldn't deny the magnetic pull he seemed to have on those around him.

Pushing aside my conflicting emotions, I focused on the task at hand, determined to prove that I was more than just a bystander in this partnership. With or without Jungkook's cooperation, I was determined to make this project a success.
