Who's Next

So as days went on things started to calm down and it seemed like everything was back to normal. Until I Thomas Clif saw something unusual. I saw 3 men lying on the ground! They were dead!
As policemen rushed to the scene they discovered that this was no accident. That this was a crime. I wanted to tell but the fear in my body wouldn't let me. It went on through my head. Should I tell? How would I tell? Would he get me?
But is it wired that I see everything that goes on around here. I am only one man. We have to catch whoever it is that is causing this madness around Helltown.
Later on that night I heard the cries of family members that lost there loved ones. The cry from the madness that is going around here. And the cries of the ones that are dying. It kind of sadden me because I know all and I know who it is but I am afraid.
All I have to do is tell and the people will stop dying. But if I tell I am in trouble too. I can't risk my life for others.

You see what I am telling you people things have gotten wired around here but things need to change before it is too late.
