4. Royal ball

-----Porsche's pov-----

It's been five days... The royal ball is the day after tomorrow. Currently, I'm assisting people on how the room should be decorated... Giving out instructions to everyone

"Your highness, what should there be for food?" The butler asked

"There are gonna be many food items like cakes; large ones so there are many pieces for everyone, some sweets, mocktails, cocktails, donuts, juices... For a heavier meal, you can add beef, pork and chicken. Make sure that there is plenty for everyone. The other food instructions are given in the kitchen" I said calmly and sternly. The butler bowed and walked towards the kitchen

"You're doing your job well... Good boy, I'm proud of you" Kinn said while grinning. I felt a little warm in my heart by the compliment but I couldn't let him know

"Yeah yeah. Whatever" I said while rolling my eyes to act annoyed

Time skip
Today is the ball! Shit it starts at 6 pm and it's already 5 pm now! The ball room and everything is ready except for me! I'm still not ready!! I was panicking then suddenly Kinn came into my room with the clothes that I'm supposed to wear to the ball today! Shit... The maids must've forgotten. I immediately took the clothes from Kinn

"Thanks for bringing the clothes, now get out! I need to get ready quickly" I said impatiently

"I won't" Kinn said calmly

"What do you mean?!" I asked, being frustrated

"You never let me see you change your clothes... I want to see it" Kinn said calmly and locked the door but his voice turned commanding in the next sentence "Change your clothes" I blushed... Shit!- His commanding tone... I just wanna succumb to my desires and comply with whatever Kinn is ordering me but I know better

"Kinn, friends don't do this" I said sternly but there was a glint of nervousness in my voice

"Porsche, I said change your clothes now" Kinn's voice was more commanding now

I hate myself for what I did next... Unknowingly, my hands travelled to my shirt and started unbuttoning it nervously... W-What was I doing? Before I even knew it, I threw my shirt on the bed and I was shirtless in front of Kinn... It didn't take me long to open my pants too, I was wearing white briefs which are my usual... I was in front of Kinn only in my white briefs, socks and shoes... I-I can't believe it! My whole body and especially my cheeks started to heat up... Shit... I saw how Kinn was looking at my body from head to toe which made me shy for some reason... I took the new pair of clothes and wore them as fast as I could. I cleared my throat and took deep breaths to calm down

"L-Let's go now... we should be present at the ball room early" I said while trying to stutter as little as I could

After 2 hours
The soft and slow music filled the air, its gentle melody a soothing background to the raucous party going on in the ball room. The noise of conversation and laughter mingled with the music to create a cacophony of sound that dominated the vast space. I was astonished by how great it turned out, ok I planned it to be great but this was far better than I imagined! I had to thank the workers for this! Time passed by, I was greeting lots of people... Everyone was from royal families or they were important figures... I'm not surprised though, my father does have lots of connections. As the evening wore on, the dance floor at the center of the ball room filled with a steady stream of people. Together, they swayed to the slow and classical ball songs that filled the air, their rhythmic movements flowing in time with the elegant melody and creating a beautiful and graceful display.

A vision of beauty caught my eye as I caught sight of a woman approaching me. She was as flawless and ethereal as an angel who had descended from heaven, her curves and beauty striking me as if she was one of God's creatures.

"Hello... Are you Porsche Pachara Kittisawasd, the crown prince?" She asked me with a smile that could melt the coldest hearts

"Yes I am. May I know who you are?" I asked politely with a smile that could even fail the light of a thousand stars combined

"I am Amaira... The princess of Avedline Empire. Nice to meet you, may we have a drink?" She asked me politely which I couldn't help but agree to. She stepped a little away and went to take two glasses of wine I guess

Kinn approached me from behind "Who is that woman?"

"Amaira, the princess of Avedline Empire... A pure and gorgeous beauty that succeeds in defeating even the beauty of angels" I said calmly and got a smack on my head in response "Owie! What was that for?!"

"For trying to act all romantic... It's cringe..." Kinn said, his tone seemed slightly bitter and mournful than a teasing one but I decided to ignore it

Amaira returned with two glasses of wine and handed me one... We clicked our glasses together with a clink noise and took some sips from our glasses. We both chatted while drinking. I saw Kinn roll his eyes and go off to drink with others
