WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3. Imagine getting fired from seven jobs and quitting two in the past twelve months. Imagine that after being fired from one of those said jobs, you come home to find a paper stuck to your front door saying 'Final Notice of Eviction'. Imagine having two dollars and twelve cents in your bank account because you blew it all on gambling one night thinking good luck was on your side. Imagine being the man called Toji Fushiguro. Yikes.
It wasn't always like this for him. He comes from a family well-known across Japan where plenty of them have grown to success, something like the Wayans or the Kardashians. He did a few modeling gigs in his younger years and that did him well for a while. He even played in at most a handful of movies as some unimportant characters. If you asked anyone today if they knew who he was, they'd likely respond with 'Who the hell is that?', or something to that effect.
He had all the women he could possibly want... in high school and it was no surprise it was the same way in college as well. He was living the life. But now? Now he was a fucking nobody; shunned by his own family for constantly causing trouble even at his big age.
Sucks when you go from being the hottest and most wanted on any school's campus and in public to the most pathetic adult in Japan, maybe even worldwide. He's the textbook definition of a flop. In other words, Toji Fushiguro is a fucking loser.
He still had the looks, for sure. Probably one of the hottest men alive if you asked most, but this wasn't high school anymore, nor was it college. This was real life. His good looks won't get him anywhere.
In his prime years, he was a player. A heartbreaker. A ladies' man. Now he's just a failure at life, a damn has-been.
"Fucking hell... That landlord was serious, huh..." Toji takes a second to think before crumbling up the paper and throwing it somewhere on the floor. He doesn't bother to read the rest. It was the same every time. "Nah. He's been threatening to evict me for months. He won't do shit", he says to himself, scoffing.
