Third-person POV:

"Adrianna!" Her mother's voice rang out in frantic desperation as she ran down the endless hallways searching for her daughter. "Please, Adrianna, come back to us. We know you're upset and we want to explain everything to you. Just give us the chance to make things right." Her mother's cries echoed through the empty halls, filled with empathy and a deep sense of urgency.

She races down the halls losing hope with each corner she turns until she hears it, She hears her daughter call for her. She follows her voice as if it was a swift game of "Marco Polo". She turns a corner but the sight in front of her makes her freeze, her fight or flight kicking in, her maternal protectiveness kicking in but something won't allow her to move. It's like she's a brick in the wall just watching and staring blending into the background. She sees her daughter talking to the one man on this planet she should be nowhere near. She sees her daughter wobble and collapse into Rosso.

Rosso takes an inconspicuous glance around the area before throwing Adrianna over his shoulder and walking off, leaving Adriana's mother in pure pain and disbelief, yet also angry at how she could allow herself to watch what happened to her daughter. Sure something like this tonight was inevitable but this was never how it was expected to go.

Later that day at dawn

"Marina, I'm feeling concerned and stressed about our daughter's whereabouts. Could you please share with me what happened?" Ricardo said, trying to keep his emotions in check. "I know you did your best to keep her safe, but I'm just trying to understand how one of Rosso's soldiers was able to get away from us. We had men from every angle, but we still couldn't prevent this from happening."

Mariana broke the uneasy silence in the room, her voice barely above a whisper. "It wasn't one of Ross's men. It was Rosso," she said, her eyes fixed on the floor, avoiding her husband's gaze.

Ricardo's face turned red with anger as he processed the information. The tension in the room was palpable as he clenched his fists and gritted his teeth. The silence stretched on until Ricardo abruptly turned and stormed out of the room, slamming the heavy oak door behind him.
