Apex Legends: I'm A Monster(am I?)

Chapter: 1

It was one day and Elliott was getting ready for today match. He was in the middle of getting ready when he look at his right and left hand and saw his finger nails, they were longer and look shaper.

"Not again... not again..." Elliott said.

Elliott then walk to his bathroom and look into the mirror and saw that his eyes were red now and no longer brown. Elliott then put his press his hands on the Counter and close his eyes and took deep breaths, when he got done he look back into the mirror and saw his eyes back to brown and his nails back to normal.

"Ok that's better, I really don't need that right now." Elliott said.

Elliott leaves the bathroom and grabs his  his car keys. Elliott then leaves his apartment and locks the door.

Elliott then Arrive at Jet ship and see all the legends there, from Wraith to Conduit.
Elliott walk to his part of jet. Elliott sat down on the couch. Elliott close his eyes and thought back to what happened earlier in the morning.

'I don't get it, why did that happened? And why now that I'm acting like this? I really don't want to do this again. I can't, I can't go through this again. I-

Just then Elliott felt something on his shoulder. He opens his eyes to what's on shoulder, Elliott saw a hand. He knew who this hand belong to, he's sees Conduit.

"Are you ok?" Conduit asked.

"I'm fine why you asked?" Elliott question.

"Because when I saw you walk in, you always say hi or good morning to me or to the others but, you didn't this time." Conduit said.

"Oh, I'm sorry, it's just I'm lost in thoughts with my mom along with the bar. Plus, I didn't get enough sleep last night." Elliott said.

"Oh, well I hope you feel better Elliott but, if  there anything wrong you can come tell me." Conduit said.

Elliott smiles.

"Thank you Conduit, I'd let you know if I'm not feeling better." Elliott said.

Conduit smiles as well.

"We should hang out after this, I mean if you want to Elliott." Conduit asked.

"Sure Rowenna, I would like that. We can go where you want to go." Elliott said.

Rowenna smile at the same time blush. Little do they know, they both were being watched by Vantage and Crypto.

"Oh... are they dating?" Vantage asked.

"No, no I don't so. It will be to quick because Conduit wasn't here long enough." Crypto answers.

Vantage sighs and nodded her head.

"But why do you care that much? Unless you like her?" Crypto asked.

"What?! No I don't like Conduit." Vantage said while her face is red.

Crypto eyes widely.

"Oh so you like Elliott. I can see that, but why?" Crypto asked.

"Elliott might look like an idiot but, deep down he is not and he is first one who help me when I first got started being here. Overtime I been having feelings for Elliott that can't let go of and when I try to... it hurts." Vantage answers.

"I see..." Crypto said.

Just then a bell goes off and all of the legends look up on the screens then see who they are paired up with.

"These are your teammates, please go to your platforms along with your teammates." The Announcers said.

"Looks like this might be your chance. Good luck." Crypto said as he walk to his teammates.

Elliott along with Conduit and Vantage when to their platform.

"Hey Vantage you okay?" Elliott asked.

Vantage turn her head at Elliott and smile.

"I'm fine Mirage don't worry about me." Vantage smile.

Elliott smile back.

The legends are on Kings Canyon.

"So lady's where do yall want to land today!?" Elliott exclaims.

"Let's go to Crash Site! We find good weapons there!" Conduit exclaims.

"Lead the way then jumpmaster!" Elliott exclaims.

Conduit jumps and Elliott, Vantage jump after, they landed at crash site and lucky there was no squads with them at all. Elliott had found a R-301 with half the Attachments and he also found a P.K.

"Hey I'd find a reload Attachment looks good too!" Vantage exclaims on comms.

"Dibs! I'd take that!" Mirage exclaims as he makes his way over.

Mirage sees it and puts it in his gun.

"Thanks Vantage." Mirage said.

"Your welcome." Vantage said with a smile.

"Ok guys I'm ready and I think we should move before w-

At that moment Conduit was being shot at, lucky she got into cover next to a vehicle.

"I'm being shot at! But I can see them! I need help!" Conduit exclaims.

Mirage and Vantage get to high ground and see where Conduit is at. They see her and also see who shooting her, the person is Revenant.

Vantage pull out her sniper to look around just in case Revenant's teammates might be nearby and lucky she didn't see them. Mirage then shot his bullets at Revenant causing him to run away but leaving his shield broken.

Mirage and Vantage meet up with Conduit to see if she alright.

"You okay there Conduit?" Vantage asked.

"Yeah I'm fine. I'd already got my shields back." Conduit answers.

"Alright girls let move." Mirage said.

The trio make their way to Spotted Lake where they heard shots. They already took cover and saw two sqaurds. Rampant, Revenant and Loba shooting at Wraith who is in cover while her teammates lifeline and octane are healing. Vantage goes to high ground than use her sniper to mark Revenant when she does that Conduit shoots her Longbow arrows at Revenant cause him to be knocked. Loba trys to help Revenant up but, Mirage throw his grenade at them. Revenant was a deathbox, Loba is knock. Rampant turned around and saw Mirage and shot her machine gun at him but it was a fake Mirage.

Rampant try to get away but she was gun down by Wraith, eliminating their squad. Wraith's team quickly leaves the area.

Mirage came out of hiding from back a huge rock.

"We have to go after them!" Mirage exclaims.

"Right!" Both Conduit and Vantage exclaims.
