Chapter 7: Too many suprises

JW's P.O.V:

I was wide awake by now, obviously.

I took a quick bath and got dressed up right away, and my stomach started rumbling.

I ignored it and left my apartment.

I reached the office just in time.

So many thoughts running in my mind right now.
What if  I get fired and can't work as an intern anywhere else oh god.

I brought up the courage to knock on the door and heard "Come in" from inside.

I walked in very hesitantly.

Sir Jay was looking at his computer and SH hyung was sitting on couch with his laptop working on something.

As I approach them Sir Jay finally noticed me with a cold expression which I haven't seen till now.

I gave a 90 degree bow first.

"Mind explaining yourself Jungwon?" he asked with such a serious tone.

"Y-yes sir." He nodded telling me to continue.

"I'm extremely sorry for my behaviour, it was completely unintentional sir. I did not have your contact saved on my phone. I thought it was a call from my friend and.....yelled at you sir." I bowed once again.

He had the serious look all long while I was speaking.

"It is fine if you fire me sir, I hope you don't put any bad remark on my form." I was looking down while talking.

I was agitated already and SH was laughing???
Sir also started smiling. Is this a joke to them.

"Who said you'll be fired. Did I?" He spoke up finally.

"No sir."

"Then? I observed how good you are at doing your assigned work and you think I will fire someone like you." He replied smiling and shaking his head.

That smile. Made my heart skip a beat.

Seriously though in this situation??

"Thank you so much sir, I apologise once again."

"It is fine really." SH hyung assured me now.

My stomach made a rumbling sound clearly audible to both of them.

"I think I should leave." I bowed and was about to leave.

"Wait JW. Let's have lunch together, the three of us I mean." Sir Jay asked me but why was I disappointed...sigh.

"Sure sir."

"Should we go now SH, are you done?" Sir asked SH hyung and told him he was done.

We were on our way to the cafeteria.

"You both carry on, I'll be there in two minutes. I think I forgot my phone."

The elevator doors opened and we got in.

I was pressing the button to the 15th floor and sir also put his hand at the same time. GOD WHY IS THIS MAKING ME FEEL THINGS!

It became awkward between us and I felt suffocating.

We reached finally. We just went and sat on the table with the best view in there since we were the only ones here.

I did not know there will be employees  working on Saturdays also.

SH hyung is also back now. We ordered what we wanted and the food arrived in 15 minutes.

“Uh JW you don’t always have to call me Sir when only the three of us are around, you can call me “hyung”.
