𝘼𝙇𝙏𝙀𝙍𝙉𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘿𝙀𝙎𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙔 [𝙍𝙀𝙒𝙍𝙄𝙏𝙀]

【 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗥 】

HELLO EVERYONE!

For the new readers who don't know, I was formerly @anka_san on this platform, and originally wrote 'Alternating Destiny' on that account. And for my older readers of my story, you may be wondering, "Where's the next chapter coming out?" or "Why have you been gone for 2 years?", well I have a perfectly reasonable explanation for both of those questions.

First of all, I have been working so hard in school, so that I wouldn't fail, and plus, I needed to study for exams. And just like everyone else reading this, I have a life of my own, and I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't loss the motivation to write this story. I really want to finish this book, but I would also like to keep myself in a good state of mind in order to do so. 

Since I last updated, I have been reading my previous chapters of my story and noticed several writing errors and shallow plot devices and skill. In the last two years I have been absent, I have been improving my writing skills, understanding what aspects makes a good story and a not so good story, learning more natural and realistic approaches to talk about topics and much more.

As a result, I have moved onto another account, because I have decided that I will be rewriting 'Alternating Destiny' as a whole. I was unsure how to approach this decision onto my old account, since I would delete my old work, and I didn't want to, and I was unsure how completely altering the writing will affect the formatting of the chapters. 

Do not worry, there will not be so much drastic changes; I will be fixing some scenes, grammar and pacing of the story. Yes, tiny details will be removed, but I will be adding more perspective to the villains of the story, and not only the heroes. I cannot wait to share these ideas with you all and I hope you can see how much I have improved since I lasted updated. 

 I will also redesign my characters, so stay tuned. In the end, I will post a Q & A chapter as a celebration for finishing the book (as my older audience already knows), so make sure to ask questions throughout my chapters with every update. It could be anything. My original characters, the side plots or backstory, etc. I want everyone to enjoy and engage in this story as much as everyone was in the 'Maya and the Three' series. And who knows, perhaps you may be mentioned on the Q & A. 

Finally, I would like to remind that updates will be slow, and I know, that's really annoying for a lot of people here, but I do need to take a breather from writing once in a while. Believe me, I would love to sit down and complete 'Alternating Destiny' in a day, but that's impossible. For anyone who also writes, it's such a PAIN getting writer's block and balancing time to write and priorities in life.
