Pick the genre closest to your novel and comment. There will also be a chapter for read for read, comment for comment, etc so you can share your story on those chapters as well.
It's hard to get recognized in the Wattpad world, the comments here will be a place to try to advertise your story relatively easy.
For the comment you can either just put the title or fill out more information on your story. This is the recommended (but not necessary) format:

Warnings: (violence, etc)
