I glared at Starscream as he walked towards me. "You do realise the Autobots have abandoned you," Starscream chuckled, "I am the only one you can rely upon now. So tell me what I want to know, or..." I tried to back away as he brought the prod towards me. "They're in a secret government base," Fowler admitted. Starscream turned towards Agent Fowler. "Go on." I couldn't help but smirk hearing the blaster fire outside the door. "Yes?" Starscream asked. "In the old steel mill," Fowler lied. "I thought it was under the carnival funhouse," I added mockingly. Starscream growled, plunging the prod into Agent Fowler. "Aaah!" Agent Fowler grunted. "Someone find out what is going on out there!" Starscream ordered. As the laser fire got closer, Starscream turned towards me, "Since our dear Agent Fowler is indisposed at the moment... looks like I'll have to settle for you." A knock at the door interrupted him as he and another Decepticon turned towards the door. Another Decepticon stood at the door. "Well?" Starscream asked the bot, only for the bot to fall over as Bulkhead fired at the 'Con in front of him. I flinched when Starscream turned his blaster on me as Bumblebee joined Bulkhead in the brig. "Not so fast," Starscream told them. A blaster locked on his head, causing him and I to look up. I smiled, seeing Arcee. "I wouldn't," Arcee warned him. "Oh, but I might," Starscream said, "Now, your Autobot pet and I will take our leave." We all became distracted when Agent Fowler raised his head. "The Emu says 'Yeah!'" Fowler said. Bumblebee utilised the distraction and fired at Starscream. "Aah!" Starscream yelled, before transforming into his jet mode and taking off. "Great timing," I told them as Arcee fired at the chains holding me and I landed on my feet, "Not so great timing for Agent Fowler though." "What's wrong with him?" Bulkhead asked. "Energon exposure. My unique genetic makeup makes me more resistant than most," I explained. "Understood," Arcee said, "Bumblebee will take Agent Fowler... you're with me." I nodded as she transformed, allowing me to get on. We began driving at high speeds to get off the Decepticon Warship when I recognised three figures. "What are they doing here?!" I exclaimed. "Long story," Arcee replied as she fired at a Decepticon who was about to attack them. Arcee, Bumblebee and Bulkhead pulled up next to the three kids. "I told you to stay put!" "I feel like we've done this before," I smirked as Jack got on behind me and we once again took off. "Yeah, I was hoping not to repeat it," Jack replied, "Good to see you're alive." "Likewise."
I finished hooking up Agent Fowler to an IV drip that would counteract the energon exposure. I turned around as Ratchet and Optimus joined us, I took note of the cast on Ratchet's arm. "I thought I told you to be careful," I said. "What happened to you guys anyway?" Miko asked. "We engaged an army of undead Cybertronian warriors," Ratchet explained. "Zombies? You fought zombies and I missed it?" Miko questioned. "Bulkhead, you exercised extremely poor judgement in allowing the humans to accompany you," Optimus chastised. "It won't happen again, Optimus," Bulkhead promised, "I promise." "But it wasn't Bulkhead's fault!" Miko exclaimed. "Miko, please!" Bulkhead pleaded. "And check it out," Miko brought out her phone to show the bots, "Recon." I took the phone from her to look at it, "By the Allspark..." I took the phone over to my computer to transfer the image onto Ratchet's, "Ratchet, you should see this." Optimus and Ratchet observed the picture, "It could be of importance to Megatron." I looked back at them, startled, "Wait, Megatron's back?" "That's really bad news, right?" Jack asked, coming to stand next to me, "If this was an average day with the Autobots, then I don't want to be a part of it - not anymore." I looked back at the computer as he looked over at me. "Jack, putting you in harm's way was never our intent. However, it is no longer the safety of all humankind," Optimus explained, "We will respect your decision if you wish to leave." I looked up at Ratchet as he opened the Groundbridge. "No point in long goodbyes. Here's the door," Ratchet said. Jack turned to look at Raf. "Come on Raf." Raf turned to look at Bumblebee and back at Jack. "I'll be okay, Jack. See you at school." "Sure thing," Jack replied. I turned to look at Jack and went to say something, but he stopped me. "I know– You don't exist." "Don't make me hunt you down," I warned as he walked towards the Groundbridge.
Ratchet and I worked at the computer to decipher what the equation Megatron had on his warship meant. The computer beeped and Ratchet looked at it worried. "It can't be. Optimus!" Optimus walked over to where we were working. "These are engineering specs for a space time generator," I explained, "Megatron is building a Spacebridge, if he hasn't already." Bulkhead and Bumblebee joined us. "Great. The sooner he leaves, the better," Bulkhead said. I shook my head at Bulkhead's naivety. "Bulkhead, a Spacebridge runs in two directions," I explained, "Megatron may not be using it to leave Earth but to bring through his conquering army." "The main event Megatron referred to?" Ratchet asked, "But the only place Megatron could possibly recruit that many fallen warriors..." "Precisely. Cybertron," Optimus said.
