" Dear you, my one and only."

Ukiyo: "The floating world", living in the moment, detached from the bothers of life.

To [Name] his "ukiyo" was volleyball. Maybe it was because he grew up surrounded by the sport or maybe it was the adrenaline and feeling that comes with watching the last deciding point. Either way volleyball was the closest thing to peace [ Name ] has, and he was not planning to lose it any time soon, especially when it was the little joy that his life carried.

Having 2 older brothers that did volleyball and a dad who did race car driving, his home life was... not the quietest to say the least, them being unidentical twins never really helped that matter. But despite the fighting and chaos [Name] was grateful for his family, being the last born and having parents that were never really there his older brothers would always be the one to step up to the plate. Making sure [Name] got every opportunity that they had growing up even going as far as to travel with him and signing him up for extra curriculars.

As his parents were never really able to be home [Name] and his brothers would often had to travel to visit them and sometimes even stay at their temporary home there for a long term (often a couple years). Because he was moving so much [Name] never really thought about making relationships considering that he was gonna have to leave them in the end anyways, So his friend circle was mostly made up of family friends rather than friends he had made outside of his family grounds. But to say the least the few friends he did make was unforgettable in [Name]'s opinion as their personalities were definitely

Unique...

One could even say they were one in a million as the memories [Name] had made with them were certainly one to remember. Even though [Name] had made a promise to himself to not get attached to anyone while traveling from prefecture to prefecture he couldn't help himself as they seemed to be the little joy he had in his life of constant movements.

They say people come and go, but the memories that were made along the way never seem to waver. To some extent [Name] agrees with the statement for someone who changes prefectures constantly, the memories he had made with certain people seem to last longer than the rest. Sometimes at random moments in his everyday life he often gets reminded of those people and the thought of " I wonder how they're doing." comes up, a reminder to how he secretly hopes to meet them again someday, after all they had made him a promise. A promise to write him a letter every time they are reminded of him. Sometimes he even wonders just how much of an impact he had made in those people's lives and was he significant enough to be remembered after all these years?

Well, he'll know someday.
