[OUT IN THE FOREST]
"Alright guys, today we are practicing fighting. So, first-" Moon was interrupted when Blue suddenly pounced on her, pinning her to the ground.
"Mom, we already know how to fight! Teach us to hunt!" Blue meowed.
Moon sighed and thought for a second: 'Ugh, I don't have time for this..' "Alright, alright. See that bird over there?" Moon whispered, and then looked towards a tree and pointed toward a branch that had a nest full of baby birds and their 'mama bird'.
Red glanced over at the branch, and then whispered back. "Yeah, we see it!"
Moon: "Pay attention. Pounce on your prey like this." Moon crouched down, her tail swayed slowly as she un-sheathed her claws. Her ears twitched as she paid attention for any sound. She then suddenly ran as fast as she could and pounced up onto the branch, she swiped at the birds wing before it could fly away, and then sunk her teeth into it. She whacked the nest full of the baby birds onto the ground, and they all died, sooo sad.. even though this clan is sweet, they still need to eat!
After a LOT of hours of training, the sun was setting. The sky turned pink and orange as the clouds slowly faded away.
Blue: "Wait, can I just catch one more piece of prey?"
Moon: "Sure, but hurry up. I need sleep."
Moon and Red sat against a tree, waiting for Blue. Blue's ear twitched as he stalked around in the grass. Suddenly, he heard something in a bush. When Blue went over to pounce at it, he realized it wasn't prey. It was A BADGER!
Blue: "THERES A BAGDGER AAAA!!!!" The badger bit him and he scrambled away, struggling with his back paw. Moon and Red ran to his side, and Moon grabbed Blue by the scruff on his neck and ran with Red following behind.
When they got back to camp, Blue was rushed to the medicine den IMMEDIATELY.
ChocolateTail was surprised for a second. "Moon, Blue, Red, is everything okay?!"
"NO A BADGER BIT ME!!! 💔💔💔💔😭😭" Blue was screaming and crying because his paw hurt so bad and dirt got into the wound.
ChocolateTail gave Blue a herb that made him fall asleep, and then carefully treated his wound. When Blue woke up, he was back in his own nest in the apprentice den.
