"So they work like claws?" Yuta asked as he and Amani prepared to fight, the dark haired girl teaching him how to fed against king range attacks with a weapon
"Mhm" Amani nodded, collecting after around the tip of her fingers and solidifying them "but it's quite cold"
"I can imagine" Yuta gasped, Amani shaking the water off and creating three rotating circles of water around herself awaiting yutas attack
"Right!" He nodded, attempting to use his wooden bat to break through the barrier only for it to snap
"Huh?" Yuta blinked, Amani utilising the moment of confusion and kneeing him in the stomach, using an ice block to propel herself in the air and sending a barrage of snow at the first year
"Cold!" he shuddered jumping out of the snow
"Oi yuta!" Panda yelled, maki throwing another thing bat at him "think fast"

"Make sure to stay alert okkotsu" she reminded him, sucking out all of the water from a patch of grass and leaving it dead, shooting it at yuta who for the first time since they'd met, managed to copy her technique and send the water back at her
The sheer shock she felt causing her to barley miss the attack, her eyes meeting yutas wide ones
"Okkotsu you did it!" She gasped, running towards her classmate and giving him a high five
"Wait does that mean I can bloodbend?" He gasped
"Absolutely not" Amani smiled "Bloodbending is a sub bending in our tribe, you can only copy the base techniques"
"Awe" Yuta sighed, Amani lightly patting his head
"I feel like a proud teacher" She said with a triumphant look in her eyes "you're really improving okkotsu"

"Yutas movements are getting better every day" Panda hummed
