2- Opposite of good + 5th dark.

In this chapter, I'm gonna be theorizing about the soul riders and dark riders. I think that these 2 groups are opposite of each other (clearly), but more detailed as we dive into the characters. Also I believe I know who the 5th dark rider will be. I don't know who originally came up with this theory so if you found out, please let me know!

Let's start off with Katja and Lisa.

Lisa is the soul rider of healing, and her symbol is a star.

Katja is the dark rider of coldness, illness and death. In her words, whatever she touches may die.

Clearly these two are opposites. One represents life, the other death.

Jay / Jessica and Anne Von Blyssen.

These two are most likely opposites of each other because:

1- Anne comes from a rich family, so does Jay.

2- They both competed with each other (I think).

3- They're both seen as leaders.

Other than these 3 points, I'm not sure how else to connect them. Just have to trust me on this one lol.

Alex and Sabine

Both are warriors, quick tempered and.. while this point could really mean nothing: They're both tomboys.

Like with Anne and Jay on this one though, you just gotta trust me.

Erissa and Linda.

For now we don't have much information about Erissa seeing as she appeared in one single cutscene so far in the most recent quest. But since the others are connected to each other, it's safe to assume these 2 are opposites.

The player and the 5th dark rider.

So while it's possible there might only by 4 dark riders, I believe there's actually 5 of them, or at least there IS gonna be 5 of them..

This theory is connected to the star fridges and ritual theory that will be mentioned in the next chapter only because of the number 5.

So during the main questline, we are left with.. 2 possible candidates to be the 5th dark rider.

1- Darko
2- Justin Moorland

Now the thing is, Darko supposedly "died" in the main questline during the fight with Elizabeth Sunbeam. Though maybe he isn't actually dead and he's currently planning in secret. He could be the 5th "dark rider" since he can create dark horses and well he has a lot of power, just like us: the player.

But no, I don't think it's Darko.

If you went through the questline, you probably have the common theory that WE are the reincarnation of Aideen.

There's also a theory that Catherine was a reincarnation of Aideen, until she died. But some other theories suggest that she's possibly our starter horse that we have now.

Nonetheless, if the theory is right and we BOTH came from Aideen...

It would make perfect sense that Justin would be our opposite counterpart. He's a descendant of possibly Aideen. (Which there's also a theory that the player character is a descendant of Aideen).

He's also the first NPC we meet in game... which sure probably doesn't mean much but yk how some story cliches can go.

He also was gonna be a dark rider (willingly) until he was deemed not good enough.

But see, he's seemingly helping us, the keepers of Aideen. But what will happen if he discovers that his grandfather has... "died"?

In the last main quest, we blew up the oil rig building thing and our character was left wondering "What happened to Mr. Sands?"

No doubt Justin will hear the news about that, and possibly try to join the dark riders again. This time being fueled with more power because of his rage.

The very thing he chose to help, killed one of his family members. If that doesn't turn someone evil, I don't know what will.

But anyways that's my take about who can be the next dark rider counterpart of us.
