"You heard me." Abhira said sternly
"Abhira..stay in your limits." Armaan said
"You stay in yours first." Abhira said walking away.
Armaan felt sleepless the entire night. On one side he had his dadisa and on the other, Abhira. . Even though he hadn't really wanted this fight but seeing dadisa outraged he had no option but to do as she says. After all she was his Dadisa. He noticed Abhira working till 1 am. Collecting files and writing fast. He didn't know how to feel. As he was about to close his eyes he heard Abhira's phone ring and wondered who called his wife at this hour.
"Heyy Pashant! 1 am?" Abhira smiled
"Ya, sorry yaar. Kya karun? Mom's literally the opposite!" prashant answered
"Arre!! your mom is the sweetest! don't say that! also what was the matter?" Abhira asked cleaning the desk.
"I found my file! thank you yaar..you seriously are awesome!" Prashant flirted
"Woh toh mein jaanti hu! it's ok..you're awesome as well." Abhira smiled.
Armaan's eyes shot open hearing the conversation. He could feel anger building up even though the discussion was related to the case. Who the heck was that Prashant who had the guts to call Armaan Poddar's wife 'awesome' . As soon as she cut the call. He walked up to her snatching the pen.
'Who was that?"
"Why does it bother you?"
"I asked something..who was that?"
"Why does it bother you huh? I'm not using your phone nor calling that person to your house..why does it matter?" Abhira asked
"It does because I am your husband and I should know who you're talking to.." Armaan said hiding his jealousy
"Oh yeah? well guess what, he's my bestest friend and 100 times better than you!!" Abhira shouted
"What is this Abhira??" Ruhi asked entering the room
"Ruhi..." Armaan whispered
"Ruhi?? you?? Oh you're here for Armaan right, go..you're best friend has arrived and for god sake leave me alone Mr Poddar!" Abhira said frustrated
"Abhira..is this the way to talk?" Ruhi asked
"Are you Armaan? or his zubaan?" Abhira said
"Abhira..talk with manners!! don't take out your anger on Ruhi..she hasn't done anything." Armaan said
"Haan exactly! what does she ever do? haan? well she enters people's room without permission and starts offering her stupid gyan everywhere..haha very amazing Ruhi. You deserve the Nobel peace prize! itna accha kaam jo karti ho!." Abhira said sarcastically
"Abhira" Ruhi looked at Armaan
"Kya Abhira Abhira?? hmm? I'm not lying and truth hurts Ruhi..anyways please suit yourself because I'm out. I'll not eavesdrop on besties conversations." Abhira smiled and took her pillow leaving Armaan in shock.
"Kya Ruhi..why did you come??" Armaan asked
"Why? am I a villain? I heard Abhira scream that's why.."
"Shut up Ruhi! Abhira was right and honestly please leave us alone for atleast a while..god damn." Armaan shouted
"So..you started taking her side now too? she was screaming at me, insulting me yet she's right? why Armaan..Abhira ki patti nikal do." Ruhi answered sadly
"Ruhi..I'm tired please go." Armaan turned around leaving Ruhi in doubt
"Alright..but not forever." Ruhi grinned leaving
